I stopped by for dinner by chance with the truck. They also have a fixed menu in the evening, with generous portions and truly excellent quality at a very fair price. Kudos to the owner; I'll definitely be back.

A pleasant, rustic venue. Kudos to the staff for their efficient service, considering the packed house and the resulting large number of people to serve. The pizza was very good; kudos again because, despite the understandable wait, it was hot and tasty. It was a great opportunity to continue the evening with dancing and live music.

20/05/2026: The view and the spaghetti carbonara were excellent. They also have German beer 🍺 - Schneiders Weiße. There's plenty of parking for bikes (even without a stand). The restrooms were clean and tidy. Card payment is accepted. It's also easily accessible with a low-entry bike and a child trailer.
19/05/2026: We only visited the beer garden during a bike tour here, so we can't comment on the rooms. The carbonara was wonderful, and the view of the lake was fantastic.

04/05/2026: A real castle hotel. This is no palace so don’t expect silk and tapestry everywhere. It’s rough around the edges. The rooms are very comfortable but without WiFi, TVs, or phones. The breakfast choices are numerous and the pastries are delicious. The staff is enthusiastic and always available The restaurant is intimate and offers a chef’s menu with limited choices. We visited during spargal season and had a delicious soup. We tried the tasting menu where we chose 4 dishes from the menu and enjoyed them a great deal. If anything the staff is overly attentive.
