Pausa obbligatoria anche solo per un tagliere ed una birra in una valle mozzafiato. Direttamente sulla pista di fondo nella pace dolomitica ad un passo da Trento e 10 min da Monte Bondone

I frequented this tavern when Eraclio was there. We should never return to where we were surprised and amazed. enthusiastic.
Better just remembering.
To say that today I only saw an old building. With a bad smell and a menu that I can easily find near home.
Price, wines included €120.00 per person.
Terrible lunch.
It has top Google ratings. So I could be wrong.
Of one thing I'm sure: Heraclius was much less sophisticated but he never got eels wrong. Neither for seasonality nor for cooking.

I had dinner at La Capanna di Eraclio during the last Christmas period.
Being passionate about gourmet cuisine, it had been on my radar for a while, given the local specialty in Po Delta cuisine, which has always intrigued me.
The expectations were not disappointed: the atmosphere of the place is extremely characteristic (forgive me for the perhaps slightly extreme comparison, but it recalls Ossessione by Luchino Visconti as a setting), the service is good (the waiters were very attentive to the needs of the table and were able to recommend a good bottle of wine to pair with our orders), fortunately without too many formalities (which I personally don't appreciate).
Let's get to the strong point: the kitchen! Each dish is cooked well, with a good choice of combinations. For example, I ordered the Delta mixed fry with moeche (exquisite) with white polenta - a simple but very tasty dish due to the - stronger - flavor of the fish, the play of textures, and the softness of the white polenta. The first course of the other guests (spaghetti with bottarga) was also truly remarkable. Afterwards we all tasted the grilled eel: delicious!
The restaurant is absolutely recommended; personally, I hope there will be an opportunity for a second date because I would also really like to try the game cooked by chef Soncini!

Ho pranzato per tre giorni in questo ristorante e ci ritornero' sicuramente. Panorama mozzafiato, cibo squisito, con prodotti tipici trentini a prezzi nella norma.. un grazie particolare ad Alessio che e' stato molto professionale e disponibile. Voto 10.

Cucina ottima sia di pesce che di caccia di valle. Il risotto di valle è veramente eccezionale ! Servizio accurato , tutti gentilissimi. Tutto perfetto!!
