Beautiful outdoor patio with a view of the vineyards and the lovely castle. Attentive service, reasonable wait times. Dishes are carefully presented, but the quantity and price ratio are inadequate, and the quality could be improved. The €33 charcuterie and cheese platter with giardiniera is excessive for the quantity and quality of the cured meats (very fatty, thickly sliced, and dry). The pork tenderloin with pancetta and agretti was good but a bit tough (I've had better ones that melt in the mouth). The presentation was also a bit plain. Appetizers start at €10-12, and desserts are the same. A raspberry tart, ordered without ice cream, still cost €9. Nice place, but could be improved; I'm not sure I'd return.

Beautiful setting, excellent service, excellent pairings, but the risotto was overcooked (severely so), and for the courgette flowers, the oil temperature was too high because they tasted burnt. Too bad!

Excellent restaurant. The food is very good, high quality and very creative. There is always at least one vegetarian dish in every course. The wine pairing is very good. Sometimes a little bit special, with crazy orange wines. But I loved the idea and the commitment. The service is top level. You can feel that this ua family run business for generations. There is a lot of passion here.

Every dish was delicious and great service. The didn't have many options suitable for kids, but the staff was very friendly with our toddler and they have high chairs available.

A superlative experience combining local excellence and rare expertise It was our first time at Osteria Le Servite, and the impression was immediately memorable. This restaurant stands out for its ability to combine an evocative atmosphere with cuisine driven by a truly extraordinary rigor and selection of raw ingredients. Truly, truly beautiful! Our culinary journey began with an excellent appetizer. We enjoyed a vibrantly flavored knife-cut tartare, where the natural sweetness and melt-in-the-mouth texture of the raw meat were enhanced by a perfect balance, allowing the main ingredient to speak for itself without overpowering it. Then a selection of cured meats by "Massimo Goloso," whose intensity and rustic flavor found the perfect counterpoint in the lively and crunchy acidity of a handcrafted sweet and sour giardiniera, accompanied by local cheeses. The first course was a real surprise on the palate: we shared the risotto with wild hops, a masterpiece of flavor contrasts. The herbaceous and slightly bitter notes of wild hops paired beautifully with the bold and pungent creaminess of the Blu di Fiavè fondue, all rounded and balanced by the elegant and deep touch of smoked mountain honey. I enjoyed the Florentine-style cut of the rib eye steak (AQ). The quality of the meat was excellent, with an intense and persistent flavor, a richly flavorful exterior and a succulent and tender center, thanks to pinpoint cooking precision. Fantastic! The desserts were also top-notch. We enjoyed the rounded deliciousness of the vanilla cheesecake, enlivened by the savory kick of caramel and the reassuring sweetness of the apple compote. The pistachio namelaka was equally captivating, where the enveloping cream was beautifully balanced by the aromatic note of the matcha tea brittle and the tart freshness of the strawberries. Everything was truly superb. Finally, we want to sincerely praise and appreciate the sommelier: a highly skilled professional who truly knows the products. He was able to explain the history and origins of each dish with passion and profound knowledge. A solid and honest place, one we will definitely return to.

Four-course tasting menu. It starts with an appetizer of polenta taragna and cheese (good), followed by a tartare that is an explosion of flavors. Then comes a risotto with a sort of wild hops reminiscent of asparagus and honey (spectacular), followed by duck with apple cider vinegar and mushrooms (my least favorite due to the meat's texture), and finally a dessert with matcha and strawberries (unusual and not too sweet, pleasant). To finish, a glass of house limoncello. A welcoming atmosphere, quick and courteous service, and very good bread deserve a well-deserved 5 stars. It's not an everyday place because quality comes at a price, but the food is good, and I'll be back!

A very cozy restaurant with warm and welcoming service. Both the appetizer and the steak for the main course were excellent. We would gladly return. The kitchen and service staff took gluten-free requirements very seriously and prepared everything accordingly. All in all: A perfect evening.
