25/10/2025: Disappointing experience. I asked to sample more than one flavor and was told that boss said I can try only one. When I explained I can’t purchase without tasting, a staff member replied, “No problem, we’ll find someone else to sell to without you.” Very dismissive and not the hospitality you expect in Italy. Given the location on Siena’s main tourist street, I’m sure they’ll sell it anyway. Our kids tried it—gelato was, to be polite, suboptimal.

10/09/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance during a business trip. The pizza was undercooked and the dough was nothing special, nothing like "real" Neapolitan pizza. But the worst part was that after a terrible meal, only at checkout was I told they don't accept electronic payments, only cash. I therefore had to pay for the dinner out of pocket, because untraceable payments are not reimbursed by the company.
25/05/2025: I'm considering a home delivery of five pizzas (three with tomato sauce and two without) from this place, which was a few hundred meters from my apartment.
Delivery was almost on time, but the pizzas arrived cold, probably because they weren't in the lunchbox. The pizzas were full of liquid, which leaked out during delivery, soaking the boxes and the pizza base. The tomato sauce tasted excessively sweet, so much so that it could have been confused with ketchup. Of the pizzas I ordered, the only ones I'd save were the white-based ones.

07/07/2025: Nous étions en famille. Nous avons commandé 2 bruschetta (pour presque 12€ l'unité) et des boissons. On nous a apporté des tranches de pain blanc épais avec un minimum d'ingrédients dessus (j'imagine pour aller à l'économie) et sans aucune saveur. Même pas pris le soin d'assaisonner un minimum les tomates. On retrouvait des vagues traces de mozzarella. En Bref, une volonté à peine dissimulée de faire payer les touristes sans s'inquiéter de ce qu'on leur sert. Manque de respect du client. Passez votre chemin.

08/10/2025: Spectacular view, mandatory drinking on the covered terrace, otherwise a plastic cup. A glass of Vernaccia costs €8...wow...and the staff isn't cheerful.

The service is fast and friendly, and there's a wide selection of products, including cute, handmade Tuscan souvenirs. You can enjoy freshly prepared sandwiches and even buy some packaged items (cookies, chips, snacks).

28/09/2025: It used to be my go-to restaurant, thanks to its proximity to the bus parking lot and the consistently good food I'd eat. Now, after my last visit, I'd say I'll move on. It's a shame because it WAS a good restaurant.

I had a terrible experience, trusting previous reviews.
The place is shabby, sloppy, and dirty, with poor lighting at night.
The service is poor and inattentive.
The food is absolutely below standard.

Just finished eating at this place. Eating is a strong word. My companion had pici cacio e pepe, which were good enough if a little small in quantity, and a simple green salad (you can't go wrong with a salad).
The problem arose with me: I had a cheeseburger. It was supposed to have Tuscan cheese inside, I think pecorino or rigatino... THERE WAS NO TRACE OF IT. The bread was dry and hard to bite, the meat lacking even a hint of salt, and what's worse, it was absolutely very thin.
On the other hand, it was full of tomato and lettuce. I found a small smear of red sauce on top, but it was completely absorbed by the moisture-deficient bread.
I almost choked on it several times.
Making a sandwich shouldn't be this difficult... and yet. I've never had a worse sandwich; I left almost all of it.
I didn't ask for a change because I quickly realized that was the standard anyway.
It was well priced, though: 18 euros! With some fries on the side, and luckily I at least ate those.

Unfortunately, this review will be of little use; these are simply tourist traps.
30/10/2025: Completely inhospitable staff. We had been looking forward to trying the gnudi for a couple days. We arrived at 6:55 in the pouring rain with our 4 year old and 10 month old. The one gentleman couldn’t have been more rude. He insisted we wait outside in the rain for 5 more minutes.
This restaurant doesn’t deserve your patronage.

27/10/2025: They overcharged us for the pizza. The pizza was not that good. They brought 2 pieces of stale bread to the table in a basket. We didn’t order it. We dipped the bread in oil that was also on the table with vinegar that was there when we sat down. We got charged for putting oil on the bread. They called it antipasto and charged 5 euro. We paid it but felt scammed. It is a scam and they knew it. The bread would not have been edible without the oil. The guy at the cash is aggressive and rude. I wish I had read reviews for this place before going.
26/10/2025: Not the best experience, the man on the bar was super kind and welcoming, but we were waiting for a pizza and risotto for about 50 mins, and finally we got tired and confused, and than we checked the feedback and realized our mistake, if you value your time, just be careful, they just explain all that it is too much people,🙂 the food is good but in Italy as average. If you have no rush you may try, especially the second floor space
