22/07/2024: Not so good pizza. Very good pasta. Very slow service, no toilet paper (during one hour)

19/07/2024: Pretty resturant but not That good food - pizza crust was not That good and the pomodoro sauce tasted like it was only warmed straight from the can - but really nice waitresses so kind and welcoming!

28/04/2024: We ordered 2 glasses of wine and a sandwich for a small child. After 20 minutes the sandwich still hadn't arrived. My wife reminded her, and the owner responded very rudely to the chant of "yes I understand I'm doing other people now I'm coming". Too bad the other people had arrived after us and there was only one other table occupied. The wine wasn't good either. In the end we told him not to make the sandwich and left with the hungry child.

26/04/2024: Great time!!! Had some snacks, visited with the owner and his wife. They were super. Their passion for their wines and what they was contagious... thank you both for welcoming us.

22/07/2024: I stopped for a quick break, a coffee... As soon as I entered I was greeted by an overwhelming smile from a girl with dark curls and almond-shaped eyes... In addition to being beautiful and radiant, she proved to be professional, friendly and very Kind. Truly an added value for the bar!!

20/07/2024: We entered by chance, but we will return by choice. Welcoming environment, friendly and helpful staff, but the highlight is the food!! I took a hamburger and it almost melted in my mouth, excellent selection of bread and meat (really excellent quality), my partner took a spaghetti sauce and meatballs almost like Lilly and Vagabondo on the advice of the kind boy who served us and he was very satisfied! I highly recommend both for a hit and run and for a longer stopover.

30/07/2024: Disappointing experience. Undercooked pizza made my girlfriend sick, and my pizza had a terrible taste profile with little balance to the flavours. Pricing is what you would expect given the location but is not an excuse for poor food. Service was average mostly but the waiter ignored us several times to go on his phone. Steer clear, much better food to be had in Siena.

27/08/2024: Unfortunately, the del Grigio cannot keep up with the otherwise high standards of the Borgo San Felice. The food is good, but too expensive for the quality offered. The wine list, on the other hand, is great and extremely extensive. Service: Unfortunately only OK, seems a bit rushed and erratic - perhaps adapted to the large number of guests from the USA who dine there. We once had Bistecca di Fiorentina (150 EUR, very good), once pizza (25 EUR, not recommended at all) and once lamb (approx. 35 EUR, good but comes without side dishes which cost another 15-20 EUR per side dish). ). It's not a location you have to go to, but if you're a guest in the hotel, it's convenient. However, next time we would look outside for an Osteria.

22/07/2024: We had a fantastic dinner with excellent service. The Florentine steak 2.65 lbs was amazing! We also got grilled vegetables and french fries for our sides. For dessert, we got the special of the day which was a ricotta and chocolate dessert. We brought a bottle of brunello from a winery and they opened and poured it for us with no corkage fee. Our server laughed with us and was very attentive to us. This has been our favorite Tuscan dinner.

26/02/2024: Nice bar inside, shame about the few tables outside that dance a bit. He filled the pistachio brioche for me on the spot but unfortunately it was practically empty. The gluten-free biscuits and tart were good, however.

08/07/2024: Grand choix de produits. Les vendeurs sont stylés mais le service est pour le touriste et pas pour la fidélisation du client. Servez-vous, nous on encaisse. Pas de dégustation proposée.

18/08/2023: Abbiamo cenato in tre. Il pesce di ottima qualità e cucinato ottimamente. Massima disponibilità ad affrontare richieste di chi non piace il pesce e proporre alternative anch’esse buone. In generale il costo è stato un po’ più alto della media dei ristoranti ma la qualità del pesce fornito ne giustifica e compensa assolutamente il Delta prezzo. Massima attenzione per i celiaci!👍

30/06/2024: Although there were enough seats outside, I was told they were full. I then asked to buy a takeaway pizza, but I was also denied this, because they said they were too busy in the kitchen. They really didn't want to sell me a pizza. I find it disrespectful to send customers away and refuse to sell a pizza. Maybe it was because I'm Turkish?
