25/09/2025: I dined at this restaurant for my birthday: the food was delicious, no complaints there, the place was very cute and modern (which isn't a given, considering Siena's only dimly lit, exposed brick osterias), and the staff were friendly. I'd especially like to thank the owner's daughter—unfortunately, I don't know her name—because I was wearing stilettos that evening, and she made sure I had no problems going down the steps to the bathroom and back up again (thanks again!). The only downside is that last reservations are at 9:00 PM, but if you want to eat a delicious tartare and have a drink, this place is perfect!

16/09/2025: Delicious food (gnocchi and tagliatelle) at reasonable prices, served by friendly staff—what more could you ask for? Highly recommended—I'd gladly return.

01/09/2025: I went to visit Siena and found this little cozy place, i asked if they had gluten free options, surprisingly they did, i had a croissant with chocolate inside with an americano coffee that they did in the spot. The owner or manager was very polite and friendly. Prices were reasonable, the only thing was crowded and we have to wait a little but in general the place was nice. Considering many stores open late was a good option.

16/08/2025: Inflates prices for those who don't speak Italian. "Acconta Francese" is quite transparent.

31/07/2025: I usually try to choose places with a Google rating of 4.5 or higher for dinner because I don't have the time or energy to test the cuisines of touristy places. We came here because it's on the main square and there was space between the tables on the far side. The drinks were good, the atmosphere was good, and we finally decided to go ahead and order. The food was delicious, fresh, and very flavorful. So, despite the Google ratings, we had a great time and it's great that we ended up staying. Our waiter was also very nice and fast (Falco). We left feeling full.

29/07/2025: We went there as a family, the pizza was very good, the staff very friendly and attentive. The place is perfect with the most beautiful views.

06/10/2025: Unfriendly, completely unprofessional service. We were the only guests for a long time; then a French couple and another table arrived; otherwise, the restaurant was empty. The fish in the appetizer was absolutely unacceptably dry. The other courses were equally abysmally bad: a completely tasteless risotto, etc. The only thing that stood out was the price. My impression: A terrible tourist trap.

23/09/2025: We (group of 6) had an absolutely delightful meal. Wine recs were phenomenal, and the entire table chose the 5 course tasting menu. 4 courses were fish (all very beautifully presented and delightfully varied in manner), a variety of small sides, homemade breads, and a decadent dessert. Our server, Mattea, or Matteo, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Every option he suggested was perfect. Highly recommend. We all loved the entire experience.

10/05/2025: Charmant café à l'ancienne avec une terrasse donnant sur la campagne toscane. Magnifique. La carte n'a rien d'exceptionnel, comme les autres restaurants, des plats florentins. Le service est agréable. Comme la plupart du temps, le rapport qualité prix est cher!

04/05/2025: Pasamos por el desayuno y tuvimos una gran experiencia. La comida era fresca, sabrosa, y justo lo que necesitábamos para empezar el día. Lo que realmente destacó fue el servicio, Daniele era nuestro camarero, y él era fantástico. Amistoso, atento y genuinamente acogedor, hizo toda la visita más agradable. Si estás en la zona y buscas un buen desayuno con un gran servicio, sin duda recomendaría este lugar. Gracias de nuevo a Daniele por cuidar tan bien de nosotros!

30/08/2025: We love this restaurant and have been coming back for years. The food is always excellent, and Nicola and his staff welcome us with unparalleled kindness and warmth. The location is wonderful and makes every visit a pleasure: a perfect place to enjoy excellent dishes in a special atmosphere. 🍷😃

23/10/2025: Last dinner was not satisfactory, portions were small and therefore the price was higher... For four people, 120 euros for a dish, a side dish and two desserts plus 1 house wine and water

22/10/2025: We visited this restaurant out of nostalgia, twenty years later, when it was still located in the village of Scorgiano. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The food was mediocre: the pasta was completely bland, and the main course had undercooked meat and poor-quality cheese that further ruined the flavor. Overall, a truly disappointing dining experience. The atmosphere didn't help: the staff was rude, unsmiling, and completely uninterested in the customers. It seemed more like they were sorting out family matters among themselves rather than caring for the guests, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere. After so many years, we expected to rediscover some of the old magic, but unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed.

03/10/2025: I asked about the prices: The answer was €2.50 for one scoop, €3.50 for two scoops. In the end, however, I paid €7.50 for four scoops. When I asked, the only explanation I got was, "The pistachio one costs more." The ice cream didn't taste great, and the waitress seemed unmotivated.

22/09/2025: What a wonderful surprise! It was the best experience of our trip. Aldo is the epitome of kindness, and the dinner was simply unforgettable. We had the opportunity to see how organic wine is produced from scratch, realizing how all the care translates into flavor. Without a doubt, it was the best wine we drank and the best stay of the trip. Aldo, thank you so much for all your kindness!

30/07/2025: Si tratta del ristorante interno al villaggio turistico Hapimag. La cucina proposta è di tipo internazionale, con serate a tema riservate soprattutto a turisti stranieri. Interno molto elegante e camerieri assai professionali. Abbiamo provato la serata pizza e ci siamo trovati bene. nulla di eccezionale ma qualità sicuramente più che discreta. Nella stagione estiva sono sistemati anche numerosi tavoli nel prato anteriore sotto bellissimi e grandi tigli da cui il ristorante prende il nome.

10/09/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance during a business trip. The pizza was undercooked and the dough was nothing special, nothing like "real" Neapolitan pizza. But the worst part was that after a terrible meal, only at checkout was I told they don't accept electronic payments, only cash. I therefore had to pay for the dinner out of pocket, because untraceable payments are not reimbursed by the company.

25/05/2025: I'm considering a home delivery of five pizzas (three with tomato sauce and two without) from this place, which was a few hundred meters from my apartment. Delivery was almost on time, but the pizzas arrived cold, probably because they weren't in the lunchbox. The pizzas were full of liquid, which leaked out during delivery, soaking the boxes and the pizza base. The tomato sauce tasted excessively sweet, so much so that it could have been confused with ketchup. Of the pizzas I ordered, the only ones I'd save were the white-based ones.

03/06/2025: Fantastic location among the streets of Siena! Diletta was super friendly and nice! Raw materials of great quality.. Fantastic tripe and a wine recommended by the host Diletta, the end of the world. I hope to return soon. I recommend!
