Hotel restaurant on a side street near the center of Sarteano. The dining room is a bit small, 6 of us had a pizza round including 3 beers of 0.5l, 1.5 glasses of Coca-Cola and water at a cost of 20 euros.

The pizzeria as far as I'm concerned is the main reason to visit this restaurant. In the menu you can find in addition to the classic pizzas (prepared with love and attention to detail both in terms of the choice of ingredients and the way they are prepared and plated) also an excellent selection of gourmet pizzas with combinations of high quality ingredients and products (these also plated and prepared with attention to detail and love). The fried foods are also excellent, in particular I recommend the montanare, fried pizza dough with tomato and parmesan. Affidategli il palato ad occhi chiusi ed il cuoco vi renderà felici ! La pizza è squisita e digeribile e i piatti sono veramente ottimi. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, troverete anche presidi slow food . Servizio puntuale , professionale e molto cortese. Sala raccolta ed arredo di design.
