Excellent quality ingredients. In my opinion, sushi and raw fish are generally tastier than cooked ones. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and well-decorated environment. Highly recommended.

Some dishes didn't match the menu description.
Overall, it wasn't bad, but
I wouldn't go back.
05/11/2024: Clean, quick service. Too expensive, even for lunch it costs an arm and a leg. All things being equal, a typical Tuscan trattoria with truffles and sliced meat is better
