We had to wait until 7:00 PM for this taverna to open, but it was worth it. We ordered tagliolini with fresh truffles and orecchiette with zucchini and tomatoes. The pasta was delicious, cooked to perfection, and aromatically seasoned. The portions were generous, and I highly recommend the overall experience.

The first Osteria outside the walls of Siena, on the way to Piazza del Campo. Delicious food at affordable prices. We had tagliolini with fresh truffles and orecchiette with zucchini and tomatoes. We weren't disappointed. The only, and biggest, drawback is that the place only opens at 7:00 PM, obviously joking. I recommend it.

Whenever we're in Tuscany, we love coming back to this osteria. The food is excellent (especially the ossobuco, which is superb!), the house wine is good, and the value for money is great. We haven't experienced the long wait times mentioned in some reviews. However, we have noticed recently that the service isn't quite as friendly as it used to be, although the owner himself was very friendly!

We arrived by chance at 9pm, no problem getting a table...large and abundant menu, excellent house wine...prepared and excellent dishes, I will definitely return if I have the chance

The pici were delicious, but the gnocchi dish wasn't so good today. Also, the waiter wasn't very friendly. He felt rushed; even turning away and leaving while I was speaking was rude. The location itself, however, is very charming.

03/12/2025: Beautiful B&B! The location is simply perfect, in the heart of the city and close to everything. The rooftop terrace is incredible, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are tastefully decorated and truly welcoming. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, making you feel right at home. Without a doubt, the best place in town.
