If we hadn't had to wait over 45 minutes for the menu after arriving (we had a reservation), I would have given the service full marks. But we had to wait a very long time both upon arrival and when paying.
Otherwise, the food was very good; my wife had the duck and I had the filet steak with giant porcini mushrooms. The rosé from Bolgheri paired very well with both dishes, better than red wine in the warm weather, and the service was very friendly. The wonderful evening was rounded off with chocolate cake with a soft center and coffee ice cream, as well as pleasantly warm live music. 😋 In our opinion, the value for money is excellent.

La Dispensa del Palagetto is a restaurant with a delightful atmosphere, elegant, romantic, and genuine, with a view of the Tuscan hills, even though it's on the road. We started with two excellent and generous appetizers (I'm talking about the vegetarian fried food!), two delicious first courses, and desserts. The cuisine is excellent and high-quality, and the wine list is well-priced. The service is courteous and professional. Highly recommended. Our only advice is to suggest that the young chefs go out and wander around the tables to chat with the diners, making the experience even more memorable!

What a wonderful place! We spent a lovely evening at sunset. The service was excellent; the woman was very helpful and kind. The tartares were delicious, and the Fiorentina steak was truly delicious! Excellent cuisine, a family-friendly place, and excellent service. We'll be happy to return, and I recommend anyone visiting Pomarance to eat here. You won't regret it!

In June, we visited this restaurant at 7:00 p.m., never imagining we'd be there to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in Tuscany. The view made the experience even more special. As a courtesy, they served us a fresh and delicious tomato and basil appetizer. I ordered the duck ravioli with orange, and for dessert, a chocolate and pistachio cake; both were spectacular. Without a doubt, a place I would recommend for both the food and the ambiance.

We had a fantastic experience at Ristorante La Dispensa del Palagetto. The food was absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the high quality and freshness of the ingredients. Every dish was prepared with great care and full of authentic Tuscan flavor.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. On top of that, the restaurant is located in a beautiful setting with stunning Tuscan views, making the whole experience even more memorable.
Highly recommended – we'll definitely come back!
