Dinner with friends at our farmhouse restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cuisine: traditional dishes, well-executed. I really appreciated that the second courses included and paired with a side dish. The duck breast with sweet and sour sauce and purple cabbage was a huge hit, with crispy skin and tender meat.

A charming place surrounded by greenery. We had a wonderful aperitif outside with a view and a spectacular sunset. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There was a light breeze, and they even provided us with blankets if we needed them. The cured meats and cheeses were very good. The Spritz with Aperol Toscano was also very good. A true gem in Pomarance: La Dispensa del Palagetto was an extraordinary discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and professionalism by the wait staff: smiling, attentive, and capable of making us feel immediately at home. Such a genuine welcome truly makes the difference and contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine is simply excellent, with top-quality ingredients and evident attention to every detail. Everything is delicious, from the initial appetizer of wild carrot puree and crusty bread—delicate yet full of character—to the duck-filled plin, simply out of this world: flavorful, balanced, and perfectly executed. Not to mention the low-temperature cooked belly, so tender it literally melts in your mouth, served with cavolo nero in a harmonious and enveloping combination. The fillet with porcini mushroom cap was also top-notch. The mushrooms were beautifully firm and the meat was perfectly cooked. Finally, an excellent raspberry tartlet. Coffee served with a delicious biscuit with homemade jam. The wine list is also excellent. A taste experience that left us completely satisfied. A restaurant that is absolutely worth the price, for its quality, experience, and customer service. Our compliments, we will be happy to return!

Exquisite cuisine, traditional Tuscan dishes combined with refined haute cuisine. This combination creates wonderful dining experiences. Add to that friendly, discreet yet very attentive service. I've eaten there three times, and each time it's been a top-notch experience.

We have been a few times and every visit has always been great! Staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Food is very well prepared, always fresh and when in season, home grown. The dishes off the menu are fabulous. A very enjoyable mixture of flavours and unique personal touch stand out and add to the experience. The restaurant is well kept and nicely heated in the winter making it very comfortable. Gladly recommend and look forward to returning.

Absolutely positive. Getting there is no small feat...but it's 100% worth it.
