17/09/2025: Unfortunately, I can only give it 2 points because: 1. The pizzas are good, but not outstanding. 2. The pappardelle with wild boar was unfortunately cold, or lukewarm at best. 3. The seafood starters were forgettable; ice-cold and tasteless mussels served with cold squid in cold and equally tasteless spinach. Accompanied by a horribly dry whole-wheat baguette. Tip: The chef should perhaps spend more time in the kitchen chatting than on the terrace. But: The server was very friendly, quick, and attentive. Nevertheless, we won't be going there again.

07/10/2025: Very nice; I find it to be above average without being overly expensive. Intriguing dishes (but they also do pizza), a nice wine list, and impeccable service, in my opinion. Perfect for a dinner with friends, but you can also go with friends for an evening that's different from the usual pizzeria. In the summer, with the outdoor seating, it's truly a must.

24/08/2025: Located in the historic center of Bientina, the restaurant is intimate, welcoming, and discreet. It offers seafood-based cuisine, where quality and freshness reign supreme (see the tartare tasting). The dessert selection is also interesting (see the Sicilian cannoli or the trio of cannoli samples). Recommended for the service and tranquility of the location.

25/09/2025: Passing through Pisa, we made a befitting stop at Rino's. Greeted by the ever-smiling and courteous wait staff, we ordered a tagliata with parmesan and arugula, stockfish with Pisan-style potatoes, and fried calamari, plus two sides of potatoes and fried mushrooms. The tagliata was incredibly tender, expertly cooked, the calamari flavorful and tender, and the stockfish simply sublime. Generous portions accompanied by crispy, freshly baked bread. It's a shame to go to Pisa and not enjoy Alessio Marcato's expert cuisine. See you next time.

28/06/2025: SUBLIME culinary experience…. Appetizer: LIVER PATÉ WITH CARAMELIZED TROPEA ONIONS AND HOMEMADE BRIOCHE BREAD, I could have eaten so many that I would have been sick, the brioche bread melted in my mouth. Then I opted for a second course: SALMON TATAKI IN A BLACK SESAME CRUST ON A CREAM OF BROAD BEANS WITH ASPARAGUS, finger-licking good, all accompanied with bread and schiacciata made by the Chef. Unfortunately I didn't try the dessert chosen by Lia, this will make me want to go back….. ABSOLUTELY A COMPLIMENT TO THE CHEF FOR HER IMAGINATION AND PASSION.

Every detail was meticulously crafted, from the elegant decoration to the perfectly balanced flavors. We wholeheartedly recommend this pastry shop to anyone looking for something unique, made with love and attention.

18/10/2025: Refined atmosphere with very courteous and professional staff. Having several allergies, this was the first time I've enjoyed a full tasting menu, from entree to dessert. All dishes were delicious and beautifully plated. A special mention goes to the tongue on creamed broccoli with caramelized onions, almonds, and lemon marmalade. The coconut cremino with caramelized pineapple was also spectacular.

13/09/2025: Great value for money (everything is a bit dated, but absolutely fine), great pool, beautiful view. There's a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, two pools, and a restaurant. The pool bar is also very good. All in all, it's simply fantastic, especially with children.

26/08/2025: I only used the pool, the on-site restaurant, and the bar. The location is beautiful, green, quiet, and relaxing.

10/10/2025: Fantastic Tuscan seafood restaurant outside of Pisa. The food was outstanding, so was the service and atmosphere. We had a fritto misto of calamari and shrimp, a seafood pasta, salad and roasted potatoes. Everything was perfect. Prices are reasonable, about what you would expect for the Tuscan countryside. We will be back to sample mire of the menu later!

10/10/2025: If you're Thai, you should definitely come to this restaurant. It's better to eat here than in the city. There's ample parking, and the food is very inexpensive. Plates are 10-13 euros, and the portions are large enough to fill you up. It's not too crowded. All in all, it was just 44 euros.

20/08/2025: On our way back from vacation, we decided to stop for a quick dinner. The place was cozy, the pizza was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: I recommend changing the air conditioning. With these abnormal temperatures, a place that's in the sun all day, with glass walls... small... I highly recommend it. A few more precautions. Also, it's a bit expensive. We're in Pontedera on the main street, not Viareggio!!!!
