Great burger! I got the Beyond Burger and it was very good. Be sure to ask for your burger done the way you want or it will most likely come medium rare. The fries were also good. The prices are around 10-17 Euros per person. Good spot for a quick burger and fries.

The hamburger as it should be, as I hadn't heard of it for many years, as perhaps MacDonald burgers were in the USA in the 60s. All seasoned with sincere kindness, not a vade mecum. They also tell me gluten free but I haven't tried it.

Ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Luidi, il proprietario. Abbiamo fatto una chiacchierata sul proprio caso di successo. Grande attenzione alla qualità e freschezza dei prodotti selezionati, proposte genuine e saporite. Ideale per chi parte o arriva a Pisa Aeroporto.

Fast-food poco lontano dal centro di Pisa. Menù scritto sulla lavagna appesa al muro, pochi posti a sedere. Una volta che ordini ti danno il numerino e attendi la chiamata al banco per il ritiro. Ho preso un Bismarck burger con doppio hamburger, uovo fritto, bacon, insalata e pomodoro a cui ho aggiunto una porzione di patate fritte. Bun morbido e buona qualità delle materie prime, attesa brevissima.

23/02/2024: A jewel. Gabriele, the owner (who at my 50s is a young man) has excellent knowledge, interpersonal skills and knows how to advise. He is one of those who has turned passion into work. And it shows. And you can feel it. I'm extremely curious to see how it evolves because at 28 you have a lot to say and do. And he's off to a great start!! Unique beers, unobtainable breweries, expensive beers. Yes, expensive. But you have to pay for the quality and research behind it. And also paying a guy who takes the beer out of the fridge and waits to give it to you before serving it because otherwise it would be too cold, is an obligation that I fulfill with pleasure because that's how it has to be done.
