Trattoria Sant'Omobono In Pisa

Excellent food at this trattoria; you can tell it's high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves—one of the best places we tried during our stay in Italy. The burrata and gnocchi with pesto were incredible. Highly recommended :)

Visit this place if you want to experience a nice authentic dinner in the busy Pisa. We had booked a table and were greeted by happy waiters who made an effort to welcome us. We were seated inside. We ordered: ⭐️Burratta con pomodori e de EVO arromantizzaro. (Burratta with tomatoes and flavored oil) ⭐️Spaghetti al ragù du cinghiale. (Wild boar ragù) ⭐️Ravioli de ricotta e spinaci al ragù di manzo. (Beef ragù with ravioli with ricotta and spinach) ⭐️Vitello tonnato. (Veal with tuna sauce) The food tasted so good. You can tell that emotions have been put into the dishes. We also bought a liter of the house red wine, and there was free water ad libitum. (Like the only place in Tuscany, the waiter said!) There was no special waiting time and the pasta dishes were nice and warm when served. I definitely recommend this cozy place.

I booked by phone an hour in advance. I ate exquisite and tender cod with leeks (highly recommended) and delicious beans all'uccelletto. The service was very friendly and quick, not only with us but also with the other customers. Excellent choice.

An excellent discovery, an authentic trattoria in a wonderful little square. Authentic food, generous portions, excellent quality. We tried the mixed antipasto, tripe (amazing), soup, and tortelli al ragù. Excellent value. If you're looking for an authentic place off the beaten path with true Tuscan hospitality, no frills but straight to the point, this is the place for you. Absolutely fair price!
