Great breakfast and amazing desserts. The service can be very friendly at times, but a little brusque at others. Just smile, and you'll get a smile back.

Excellent products and a splendid view, but the service suffers from tourism fatigue! ☕️🥐🚬The place is in a fantastic location in the old town. We had excellent coffee and truly delicious pastries. The highlight was the outdoor table: very charming, with a splendid view of the characteristic streets of Volterra's historic center, ideal for sitting, relaxing, and even smoking a cigarette outside. The only downside was the service. The waitress seemed decidedly exhausted and tired of the constant flow of tourists, serving us in a very cold, hasty, and distracted manner, interrupting our order to collect the payment of other customers in the middle. Local Guide's verdict: The quality of the coffee and pastries is unquestionable, and the location is very charming for an outdoor stop. If you're looking for warm and welcoming service, you might be disappointed, but for a quick break with a view, it's a good place. Three/four stars. ⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️

First visit, though certainly not my last. Quite possibly the finest cappuccino and pastries I’ve had anywhere in Tuscany. Easily worth the detour — even if you’re fifty miles out of the way.

Tasty pastries and drinks, too bad about the dirty toilets without toilet paper.... And nothing was done about it after reporting it either ...

A very warm welcome... in French. A very professional wine presentation with excellent advice. The wine was superb. Very accommodating staff, and a lovely charcuterie board. We had a great time. We highly recommend it! 👍

Excellent lunch, friendly atmosphere among the staff and local customers. Unique decor worth seeing, I recommend it.

For our last night we really wanted to try the traditional Peposo. After wandering around for a little while we spotted it on L’Incontro’s menu and we were not disappointed! It was incredible.

Great atmosphere, great food, friendly staff. In the flood of offers, some authenticity. I recommend you stop by and indulge in the offer.

Great place for breakfast and all day snack. Big choice, good taste, resonable price and homely service. Too good.
