06/10/2025: We went to Osteria Rossini one weekend in Pisa and it was a wonderful experience. Delicious food, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. A special thanks to the always smiling and attentive waitress, who recommended what to order and made us feel instantly at ease. She also recommended the baby pasta for our daughters. Exquisite food. We recommend making a reservation.

27/08/2025: Pizzeria/restaurant with excellent value. I was brought here on a recommendation as an excellent seafood spot, and I must say I found the fish to be fresh and well-cooked. The portions are generous, and the wine list is interesting.

07/10/2025: The pizza is delicious in every way. The staff is incredibly quick and efficient, and they're incredibly organized. I often travel 74 km (from Viareggio) for their delicious frozen pizza. A delicacy unlike anything we buy in supermarkets! Last time I bought 10!

11/09/2025: Choose from a large variety of pizza slices and have them quickly heated for you in their wood-fired oven. Friendly people.

09/10/2025: Outstanding restaurante with attentive service, and amazing dishes. The burata served with fresh tomatoes in a warm crisp wood oven fired flat bread is a simple but fantastic dish ideal shared as a starter. Be sure to book in advance.

28/09/2025: Rude, know-it-all, ignorant, and I'll leave it at that. Poor food and terrible service. I only save the young man, the waiter, whose name I unfortunately don't know. The rest was disappointing!

12/10/2025: After many years, I returned to this osteria in the historic center of Pisa, located on a side street in Borgo Stretto. The menu is Tuscan, featuring traditional recipes. The food was excellent, and we were completely satisfied. The menu changes frequently, and I highly recommend it.

11/10/2025: A very, very nice tavern!!! The lady is fantastic, friendly, and welcoming. The traditional dishes are very good, especially the testaroli and the peposo...wow!

21/10/2025: Simply the BEST carbonara I've ever had! The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the bacon was crispy even though it was mixed in. The servers were all very friendly and good-natured. My only complaint is the couvert, which I didn't realize was included and cost us an unexpected 7 euros.

21/10/2025: The pizza was very good. The dough was fantastic, springy and well-baked. Pressing the edges returned it to its original shape. The toppings were fresh and perfectly combined. As far as pizza goes, this is the only one out there.

30/09/2025: We walked past this lovely wine shop. We decided to stop and enjoy a couple of delicious glasses of wine. The owner was very helpful and selected the perfect wines, which we really enjoyed! As the cherry on top, he also gave us great advice on a local restaurant known for its Tuscan specialties! Highly recommended!

04/10/2025: We accidentally entered into this cafe. The pizzeria is small but very cozy. The staff is very friendly. We ordered pizza "Contadina" and two espresso. The pizza was very tasty🤤 The dough is different, that I ate in other town, but it doesn't make it worse. We were in no hurry, so we did not pay attention to how quickly it was brought. While we were sitting, there were a lot of orders for delivery from the locals, so I think we made a great choice) The only wish: to duplicate the menu in English (I had a translator in my phone and it helped me). Grazie mille!❤️

03/10/2025: Belly is belly, there's no other way to describe it, the pizza is the best in Pisa, then the cecina is out of this world with that crust and the soft inside, it's perfect

13/09/2025: If you are looking for a day trip from Florence, this is an excellent option! We took 1 hour 20 minute train from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station to Livorno Centrale and then a taxi to Le Dune Beach and rented a couple of beach chairs. It was a very restful experience. Very few people and very pleasant. The staff was awesome and the food was seafood was excellent! When it was time to leave the manager called a taxi for us and took us back to the train station and back to Florence. Such a refreshing day away from the hustle of the city and our first time to the Mediterranean. The beach wasnt the most beautiful but it was exactly what we needed.

22/10/2025: I'd been to Scaccomalto at its previous location and really liked the burger/sandwich. Last time, I found the sandwich good, but not as good as it used to be, and perhaps even smaller/less filling. The desserts were nothing special. I find the beers they offer very good, so it's still a recommended place. The service is also excellent. The acoustics, however, aren't great; it gets really loud and you have to raise your voice to converse. Overall, as already mentioned, recommended.
