The piadina was simply perfect: the thin, warm and fragrant dough, with that light crunchiness on the edges that really makes the difference. The filling was generous and quality, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The staff was kind and fast, the environment welcoming and clean. An experience that exceeded expectations! If you are in Pisa and you want something good and genuine, this piadina is a must. Highly recommended!

Arrivati quasi a mezzogiorno la fame si è fatta sentire e abbiamo cercato subito un posto che ispirava. Un po’ fuori dal centro, ma neppure tanto, abbiamo letto il menù di questo locale e siamo entrati. Bel posticino tranquillo e pulito, servizio sufficientemente rapido. Una pasta tipica del locale e un piatto di pici e come al solito tagliere di affettati per chiudere. Al posto del vino ovviamente due ottime birrette

25/03/2025: For many years I've wanted to go in and browse, after tasting their chocolate ice cream in a pizzeria in Pisa (amazing to say the least), I made up my mind. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful owner, small shop but full of delicacies: chocolate in various shapes, ice cream (only from Easter onwards), biscuits and excellent quality wines. It took me a long time to enter the first time but it will be a regular stop for a cuddle or a valuable gift. Fair prices considering the level. I would add that you are willing to pay when satisfaction is assured.
