24/04/2025: Siamo tornati in questo locale immerso nel verde per il pranzo pasquale e questa volta abbiamo ordinato il menù di terra. Che dire? Fantastico!. Le carni cotte alla perfezione , ho mangiato ed apprezzato carni che non avevo mai voluto assaggiare (anatra,quaglia,pecora) Bravissima la ilchef che è riuscita anche questa volta a stupirci e conquistarci. Torneremo sicuramente è vista la fiducia nella cucina daremo mano libera alla chef.

04/06/2025: Good morning. My experience is limited to picking up cakes or pastries with a reservation. The products are excellent and the service is good. The environment is nice, but the table service is not always up to par.

08/06/2025: The restaurant is a very pleasant surprise. The ingredients of excellent quality marry an original and well-executed cuisine. Superlative language. There is some room for improvement on the wines and desserts, excellent the semifreddo almonds and lemon.

03/06/2025: è piacevole trovare questi ristoranti che offrono un di più del semplice mangiare. e per questo d'ho il massimo voto che difficilmente elargisco. location piccola e in un borgo carino. terrazzo con vista magnifica. servizio semplice e ordinato, come piace a me, senza invadenza ma efficiente ed attento. piatti al di sopra della media in modo particolare la pasta, oltre che fresca cotta alla perfezione, al dente. tra antipasti e secondi segnalo lo spiedino e le costine. buon livello anche i dolci. bene la carta dei vini, non tanti ma scelti e soprattutto la disponibilità di offrire anche i bicchieri (non tutti possono bere una bottiglia specie se guidano). ci ritorneremo quando saremo in zona, e complimenti per questo abbinamento toscana/puglia.

03/05/2025: One of the best places in Pisa to have a quality-price aperitif. You eat a lot even if perhaps in terms of quality there are better places. Nice place to stay with friends.

23/04/2025: Daniele is a chef who pays attention to local products, cooks only what is available in season and offers traditional style cuisine but with his personal touch. All the staff are up to the task and contribute to the success of the evening. It really deserves to be known.

22/04/2025: Il Maramaldo in Lajatico is a true treasure! From the warm welcome to the authentic Tuscan cuisine, our stay was simply wonderful. We didn't test the rooms, we were only there to eat. The restaurant spoils you with delicious, regional specialties that are prepared with a lot of love. There was only one little thing that wasn't right: the espresso wasn't drinkable by Italian standards. The hospitality is remarkable and you immediately feel at home. The location in Lajatico is ideal for discovering the beauty of Tuscany. We can highly recommend Il Maramaldo and look forward to our next visit!

24/04/2025: Warm and welcoming atmosphere, a small corner that is friendly and classy at the same time. We ate here tonight for the first time in years and the quality is even better, excellent. Interesting menu offering with many vegetarian options, perhaps one of the few within a large area (excluding specific venues) Highest quality products and dishes that honor tradition with a mouth-watering taste. Careful and elegant plating, in an informal environment and truly impeccable service and great courtesy. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

28/05/2025: Like at my mother's (Italian by origin) house! We crossed Trastevere from one end to the other to get to the area where, two years ago, we really, really liked it! And it was more than worth it!

The courtesy, kindness and smile of the waitresses was a healthy touch that, nowadays, is really difficult to see in public activities. Congratulations again to the staff chosen with great care!
