A truly special place, managed with great care and attention, where the customer is the center of attention. Refined dishes are made with high-quality ingredients. Delicious food, unfortunately very little choice for people who don't eat meat. Otherwise great!

We only had aperitifs with glasses of very good quality natural wine. The welcome was perhaps a little curt, but they then kindly prepared bruschetta for us, even though the kitchen was closed.

We were a group of 12 and received excellent service. The atmosphere is lovely, small, and cozy. The appetizers and main courses were outstanding.

An amazing experience! Although it may look like a wine bar, the menu alone reveals a restaurant serving high-end dishes, both in terms of presentation and the blend of flavors. You can choose from à la carte dishes or let the chef take you on culinary journeys of 5, 7, or 9 steps. We chose the 5 steps menu and, savoring specialties reminiscent of Spain, Peru, and Piedmont, we had a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!

I've known Dosaggio Zero and its owners for years and have always had a great experience. That's why I chose to celebrate my graduation here, and once again, my expectations were fully met. We ate and drank well, with generous portions, in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere in Casale's main square. The evening's organization was impeccable and helped make a significant moment special for me. I recommend this place without hesitation, whether for a casual dinner or for a celebratory occasion.
