29/07/2024: I’m devastated that I only found this place at the very end of my Florence trip- wow! The restaurant may not look like much (I’m pretty sure we were the only ones dining at the time) but the food was incredible! The waitor was so friendly and we ended up talking about many topics for ~30 minutes after our bill was paid but the real star was the food. The caprese appetizer was lovely with the mozzarella tasting extremely fresh and the main dishes (gnocchiti/lobster ravioli) was excellent. Tasted incredibly authentic and my personal favorite pasta I’ve had in Italy yet. My only regret about this meal is that I wasn’t hungry enough to order a second course. The portions were fair for the price and if I had skipped lunch I would’ve been able to eat more. We wanted to come to the location again the following day for lunch however unfortunately they are closed Mondays. Highly recommend! A hidden gem for sure.

25/07/2024: Very unassuming place, but my gosh the food 😍 so good. It wasn’t busy when we were there, but the service and food were truly delicious and a real surprise in the hustle of centro Firenze.

06/08/2024: Unfortunately, unlike the other reviews, my experience was negative. The two of us ate 2 plates of spaghetti with clams, 1 pizza, 4 cheeses, 1 dessert and 1 bottle of water and we spent 60 euros. The spaghetti with clams wasn't that great because you couldn't taste the clams, perhaps because the spaghetti was full of red and yellow cherry tomatoes (but shouldn't spaghetti with clams be plain?). Regarding the pizza, I would say without praise and without infamy, the dough was good, the seasoning left more to be desired, the dessert was normal, a cheese cake that was definitely not artisanal, the service and the environment were good. I think the bill was quite high taking into account the quantity and quality of the food. I don't think I'll ever go back there again.

24/07/2024: Very good pizza, calzone the best I've ever eaten. Good desserts, delicious coffee. Very nice service, it's a place we liked immediately. It was good to choose this place for the duration of our family's stay in Florence. I recommend!

29/07/2024: I was pleasantly struck by this place and pizzeria, because in its simplicity and conviviality, it is absolutely a wonderful and disarming place. I'll start by underlining that they offer a VEGAN menu for both pizza and other dishes on the menu. 😍👍🔝🔝🔝.All very good, of quality and offered with simplicity. Very thin classic pizza, overall very good, light and very digestible dough. All offered with products of more than good quality, refinement and freshness. Honest prices and in line with the service and proposals. If you want to spend a carefree and light-hearted evening, this place is perfect. I will definitely go back...

24/06/2024: Very nice place to have a quick lunch via buffet service, you can choose between a small dish (4 dishes) or a large dish (5 dishes) and there is a lot of choice. Excellent pizzas for dinner.

27/07/2024: We were there on Saturday at 7 p.m. and we were immediately offered the air-conditioned “winter garden”. Advice on wine and food was great. We ate farfalle al salmone and the pizza with parma ham, rocket, mozzarella and tomatoes was put together for us. Great portions, delicious wine and water at an incredibly reasonable price for this quality!!! The service, especially Igli, is amazing. Absolute recommendation if you want to eat something really Italian. Gracie Mille to the team!!!!!! There is no better price/performance ratio!!

23/08/2024: Durante un viaggio abbiamo programmato una sosta per la cena qui, convinti di rilassarci, mangiare bene e godere di una giusta temperatura… delle tre soltanto l’ultima, e non per merito loro. Maleducati fin dal nostro arrivo alle 19 (pur avendo prenotato) “non potete entrare in sala, non siamo pronti e stasera vi faremo entrare alle 19,15!!!”. La cucina è stata deludente: i crostini al pate’ miseri, la pasta al cacio insapore, la carne passabile ma il “top” sono state le patatine. Arrivate flosce, freddine e imbevute d’olio ( in quindici minuti varie cameriere sono passate vicino al tavolo e nessuna ha notato che non le stavamo mangiando, ottimo spirito di osservazione) quando abbiamo fatto presente educatamente che non erano mangiabili, senza dire una parola la cameriera le ha tolte e portate via, per riportarle dopo 5 minuti ributtate nell’olio bollente!!! (Mezze carbonizzate fuori ma sempre molli dentro). Non è mia abitudine recensire negativamente, ma la maleducazione all’accoglienza e il completo disinteresse durante la cena (oltre alle preparazioni cucinate male) mi impongono di farlo.

13/05/2024: Excellent lampredotto, super Florentine tripe and various crostini that you absolutely must try. A regular fixture for years when I'm in the area. Easy to park for a quick snack.

13/05/2024: Fast, friendly and quality products. Among the best tripe shops in Florence. Top lampredotto sandwich for €4. It is possible to leave the car a few meters from the business. I highly recommend the crostini (all €1), especially the one from Cerbaia. Super friendly owners. Come on over!
