Extremely charming atmosphere, with a warm, above-average welcome. The dishes... there's something to be improved upon: the sea urchin pulp... if you eat it with your eyes closed... it's unrecognizable (but you're not playing blind man's buff!), the seafood carbonara just above average, the sautéed pasta was good, and the dessert was extremely "greasy" for my taste. Anyway, it's worth going; you feel right at home there. Come on... but don't stay home now... go there!!!

Dinner with friends, a relaxing atmosphere, truly excellent food, and professionalism reign supreme, with touches of warmth and cheerfulness. Recommended for both dinners with friends and even something romantic ❤️

Excellent seafood restaurant, top-notch location. The seafood carbonara was truly superb, plated with exemplary care. The gnocchi were delicious. All the pasta was incredibly fresh. They have a wonderful wine selection, truly something for all tastes. A place I will definitely return to. Step inside and you'll find peace. Well done, congratulations.

We finally tried Amerini Pesce Fritto e Bollicine, and we're wondering how we didn't discover it sooner! The restaurant is very well-kept, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a relaxing dinner featuring seafood and excellent sparkling wine. The service is attentive, fast, and professional: right from the start, we felt like they were taking great care of us, even in the pairing suggestions. We dined from appetizer to dessert, and every dish confirmed the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The trio of tartares (tuna, salmon, and sea bass) was incredibly fresh and well-balanced; the creamed cod with white truffle cream was truly amazing; the seafood salad was fragrant and flavorful. Among the first courses, it's impossible not to mention the spaghetti with sea urchins, intense and full of flavor; the pici with crab meat and chopped pistachios, perfectly balanced; and the gnocchi with octopus, burrata, and white truffle cream, enveloping and delicious. The burrata with shellfish and calamari was also excellent. The mixed fried fish deserves a special mention: light, dry, and crispy, among the best we've tried. The desserts were worthy of the rest of the dinner: chocolate cigars, profiteroles, and zuppa inglese were truly exquisite. The prices are absolutely average for a seafood restaurant, but more than fair considering the quality and generous portions. A restaurant that combines quality, technique, and passion. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Truly very good, luckily for them it's always full and you sometimes have to chase the waiters who first ask you what else you want and then forget about you!! The price is more than fair for the quality!

Amerini Fritto e Bollicine is the place you choose when there's something important to celebrate: birthdays, anniversaries, moments that deserve a proper toast. For me, however, the heart of the experience is the tartare. Extraordinary. Excellent raw ingredients, perfect cuts, balanced seasonings that enhance the flavor without ever overpowering it. Each variation is carefully crafted and reflects a thoughtful, elegant cuisine, capable of being refined without being artificial. The fried food, always impeccable, light and crispy, remains a must-try and an ideal complement, while the sparkling wine accompanies everything with a selection designed to enhance every bite and make the toast even more special. The atmosphere is just right for special occasions: welcoming, refined, never stuffy. A place where celebrating truly means stopping, enjoying the moment, and leaving feeling like you've chosen the right place.
