This pastry shop is one of those places you come to once and want to return. The real added value is undoubtedly the staff: the lady with the short hair is simply fantastic. Always smiling, kind, and super professional, she manages to cheer you up even on the worst days. You can clearly sense their passion and attention to customer service, qualities that are increasingly rare and precious these days. A highly recommended place for those looking not only for excellent products, but also for a special welcome.

A longtime customer, it has changed dramatically over time, in some respects for the worse. Today, we've noticed a significant improvement in the pastry shop, which has become more refined and elaborate. Prices have certainly risen over time, but considering the quality of the products, it remains the best in the area. Unfortunately, a negative note goes to the service, which has deteriorated recently, with many young, likely inexperienced, waiters being promoted, who are inattentive behind the counters and show little care for the customers. It would be very nice to have a minimum of table service (perhaps when the place is empty). Despite everything, if the pastry shop doesn't deteriorate, it remains very good.

Besides the delicious food, you can also enjoy some excellent drinks here, although not everyone is capable... Every time I go, I always ask for the tattooed guy, professional and competent, capable of creating magical sensations on my palate. I've tried the others too, but none of them, except him and a beautiful brunette, are incompetent. So, 5 stars for these two guys, and for the rest I'll give 2. Only for the professionalism of the service, not for the drinks.
