We only stopped by the bar for drinks one afternoon. Juan, a super friendly and attentive Colombian guy, served us. The drinks were great and the place is very nice.

A true gastronomic experience in the heart of Florence! At Cestello, we found a stylish and elegant restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and pleasant service. The dishes were well-crafted and truly surprising, but the real star was the fish: fresh, high-quality, and cooked with great care! You can taste the passion in every dish. 👍 Highly recommended, we'll be back with great pleasure!

A starred restaurant in both aspects, they make you feel pampered and delighted in an elegant atmosphere. The chef is top-notch, a well-deserved star. Tagliolino with smoked butter, something otherworldly! In addition to the special treatment... we were there on Saturday and will definitely repeat the experience. Thanks again.

01/10/2025: Two of us arrived without a reservation, but luckily there was a table available. The wait was two people, one very friendly, the other less so. The drinks came quickly, and we waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer. The pizza didn't arrive until about 90 minutes after the appetizer, which we really didn't expect, and our hunger grew accordingly. The pizza unfortunately had a bit too much cheese, but overall it was okay. Unfortunately, the wait was far too long, especially since the tables next door got their food much earlier.
