The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and incredibly helpful. The pizzas were spectacular, and the desserts were fabulous. I'll definitely be back.

We found this place by chance, in a lovely, cool, and peaceful square. We came to Italy to eat good pizza, and we found the best. We'll definitely be back before we leave this city.

Charming spot near the Le Murate cultural center. A former prison transformed into apartments and shops. Authentic Italian food and great pizzas. Fast and efficient service.

A very pleasant place with a lovely outdoor seating area. I've had lunch here twice and the food has always been delicious and the service friendly. I highly recommend it!

We ordered Tagliata di Manzo, Tagliata di Tonno, and Spaghetti alla Carbonara, and for dessert, crepes with Nutella. EVERYTHING was perfect: the food, the service spectacular and super friendly, the price-quality ratio, the atmosphere, EVERYTHING!!!!!! I hope to come back. 😋😋😋

I arrived in Florence late at night and this was one of the only places still open after 9 or 10 pm. I'm definitely not disappointed. They make excellent pizza, I personally love the view from the terrace, and they are so attentive and patient. ✨

I've been to Le Carceri several times, both for an aperitivo when I lived downtown and just passing through in later years... and it's always a confirmation! Delicious pizza, incredibly kind and attentive staff, and truly high quality. All in a quiet and authentic corner of Florence, much loved by locals too. If you're coming to Florence, I absolutely recommend it! Now, living further away, I often arrive too late for lunch, but it's one of those places I always hope to return to.

28/03/2026: Wonderful evening! The place was warm and welcoming, and the staff was truly kind and efficient! The young lady who welcomed us (we thought she was the owner) was incredibly kind and friendly! We found out about them through a Wonderbox! A unique experience... Prosecco to welcome us... a true Bavarian beer hall, with excellent food and beer! Five stars more than deserved!
13/03/2026: A very excellent restaurant; all the dishes were delicious. The only flaw was that the food took a while to arrive.
