It’s just something I’ve tried once. I really like tripe and offal dishes, but this was a bit ordinary. For one thing, it would be better to switch to thinner or softer bread, and it would be better if the combination with vegetables was improved.

Seriously… we urgently need to introduce the tripe burger to Korea… 🥹 My #1 pick among the foods I ate during my honeymoon in Italy… 👍🏼 Seriously, why is it only sold in Florence? ㅠ Please sell it in Rome, Venice, and Milan too 😭 I looked around to see if they sold it in other cities just in case, but couldn't find it. What an issue..🥲 I originally bought one to share with my husband, but he said it was a taste he absolutely couldn't give up, so he asked for "one more please..😊" and ended up eating another one.

Worth trying at least once. If you say you are Korean, they will take care of everything for you.

Everyone insisted on trying the tripe bun, but since I didn't have time to go to the Central Market, I opted for a food truck instead! There were a few chairs to sit in front of the truck. The owner speaks a little Chinese and Japanese, so I had to order in English while he spoke Chinese 😂 The original tripe bun was a bit bland and had a slight offal flavor. I'm not sure if the spicy version would go better with it. The stewed beef was delicious but a bit salty, so it needed to be eaten with bread. In the end, we wrapped the tripe and beef together in bread to eat. The bread was a bit hard; I haven't tried other places, so I can't compare. Overall, I personally didn't like it.
