The bread is hard and not great, but the intestines are soft and delicious. It would be good to just order the boiled pork. 25 euros. The intestine burger is 8 euros.

I couldn't eat the tripe burger at the market because it was late, but when I tried it here for the first time, it had no gamey smell and was so delicious!

It looks like a food truck that only opens in the morning. I wanted to try the famous Gopchang Burger, but it exceeded my expectations~ It's spicy and delicious without any gamey smell! I hesitated because I didn't know what it said, so the owner pointed to the menu with his hand and said on YouTube, "YouTube, YouTube!" I ate that menu, and it was really delicious~ I think that's probably the Gopchang Burger. It would be very, very good to eat it as a snack when you're craving something spicy because it's greasy😊

I visited this place around the 10th day of my European trip. It was surprisingly spicy, but not as greasy as I expected, so I really enjoyed it. Be sure to order the boiled pork as well. It's a dish that makes you want to buy another one. Be sure to try it when you visit the Florence market.
