29/07/2025: We've been customers of the Soffiano store our whole lives, a fantastic bakery with a huge selection and high quality. The kindness is a plus. 24/09/2025: Ripoff. Food was average, but overpriced. The guy tried to take card payment twice, but it failed because of his bad connection. Then he upped the charge to include his bank fees on the 3rd attempt!!! Despite arguing he wouldn't back down. Avoid this place or check the charges carefully before paying.

09/08/2025: A neighborhood ice cream shop, a regular customer for a few years since it opened. The owner and master gelato maker are top-notch. All the flavors are excellent, from the classics to the fruity ones and sorbets. An "old-school" ice cream shop; don't expect unusual flavors or gourmet combinations, but high quality and respect for tradition. Go to La Veneta and you won't regret it!

23/09/2025: This is a good place where reservations are essential. Keep this in mind if you're booking for lunch or dinner, as you can't transfer between meals. Luckily, we were allowed to stay, even though we weren't told about it when we booked. The food is excellent, in its own style, a bit gourmet, but definitely worth a try. My husband and I were disappointed with the service. Only towards the end of the evening did the waiters warm up to us; before that, they were dismissive, to put it mildly. This place is strictly touristy, so this attitude surprised us. The view from there is simply beautiful, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

01/11/2025: It's not the first time I've tried their pizza, especially by ordering online and picking it up myself. Tonight we ordered two parmigiana (completely cold as soon as we picked it up) and a portion of fries for a whopping €5, and what you see in the photo is what I got... and thank goodness we paid for them 😅 Very disappointed

18/09/2025: I struggle to understand how someone who makes a dough like that can be considered a pizzaiolo. I don't mean to be rude, but it's truly difficult for me. A wood-fired oven wasted on a dry, bland dough that tastes like a frozen pizza from the Co-op.

26/08/2025: This would have been a 5 star review but before we sat down I asked if there was a service charge and we were told no. But at the end when paying we were charged a service charge of 2 euros per head. We had the Strega and the Estate pizzas, and a lovely wine. Really good value without the service charge.

29/10/2025: I had very high expectations on this restaurant from both Youtube influencers and local guides who recommended it for the "best Florentine Steaks" in town. The service was miserable to start with. We were brought dry bread that probably had been standing there since yesterday, until someone discovered the mistake and brought us fresh one. On their homepage they claim that they have 12 different types of high quality beef but when I asked if they have Romagnola or Marchigiana steaks, as listed on their homepage, they didn't have it. The steak was brought and served Medium-Rare and was well prepared from what I could see, but the quality of the meat was not what I had expected from a restaurant claiming to have the best florentine steak in town. We also had several "service incidents" that you wouldn't expect from a restaurant like this - it seems they forgot to educate their personell in the basics of serving. All in all, an ok visit, but definitely not the "best florentine steak" in Florens.

28/10/2025: It's ok as a place to sit. The steak was tough as hell. Inedible basically but the taste was nice enough. I chewed it up and got the flavour but then spat out the minced steak because it would have taken me minutes to eat each bite. For the price though this place was terrible. When you pay 110 euros for some steak you expect it to be actually digestible..... Definitely tourist trap. Definitely avoid unless you want a sore jaw and a light pocket

23/06/2025: Altra cena decisamente positiva in questo ristorante dall'atmosfera piacevole e decisamente in rilassante. Tutte le proposte culinarie le ho trovate interessanti, con piatti cucinati e presentati molto bene. Buonissima la battuta con scaglie di un super pecorino locale, ottimo il budino di pomodoro, molto buone le tagliatelle al ragù bianco di coniglio e anche i ravioli. Buono il dolce (brownies con fragole) e buoni i suggerimenti per abbinamento con vino. Prezzo che secondo me non è alto per la qualità offerta. È sicuramente uno dei posti che più mi piacciono in Mugello e che mi sento di consigliare

22/03/2025: La nomea del ristorante non delude anzi, location curata. Lo definirei romantico e rustico allo stesso tempo. Camerieri giovani e attentissimi. Menù breve con prelibatezze dall'antipasto al dessert, tutto apprezzato e che vale assolutamente la spesa.
