Exclusively for the butcher shop; I have no experience with anything else. I bought a T-bone of Mugello beef. I must say, it looked good, and it tasted very good, though not exceptional, but that's fine. I was disappointed that I asked the price and the person at the counter was unsure of the price, as if there were a tourist price and a real price (something I've seen many times). He then proceeded to quote a truly excessive price for what I bought, even though it was a good product. Prices are legally free and up to the merchant, but they must be displayed to the public! €45 per kg is insane. I was in a hurry at the time and didn't think about it (clearly my own fault), but it's objectively excessive. In summary: Good quality but not excellent, 8.5/10. Price 2.5/10.

I had lunch with my friends upstairs on their terrace, it was a unique experience!! Everything is of Altissina quality, tied to the season and Florentine tradition. I've been ordering from them for years and they've always been able to advise me on how to cook various types of meat I wanted to try; in fact, they write the recipe on the receipt! Not just meat, you can find eggs and even walnut or spelt bread, so many types, all unique, and if you're from Florence, Luca is now famous and is always interviewed on local channels! He's a celebrity now!!! I'm going to make guinea fowl stuffed with cabbage, chestnuts, and mushrooms 😍😘🎉Highly recommended!

I go there alone and bring friends, you are at the market on an internal terrace above the butcher's shop; for me excellent meat and excellent hospitality, friendly but attentive atmosphere; but above all dishes prepared by Elisabetta, very good and varied, always changing with the season; the cost practically the same as the ingredients bought at the market, on Saturdays it is best to book, I recommend a visit.
