The perfect place to take a little stop while walking around Florence 🤍 great lattes and beautiful and delicious pastries. Good prices and very kind and helpful staff.

Exceptional especially knowing that a friend of mine works there as a volunteer for the Italian Red Cross. I had a great time with my friend, we both had a good time, we ate and drank.

The place was nice and tidy. The coffee was above standards and we got a tiramisu each. It was good. The place had student discounts so we payed like 5-6€ per person. The people behind the counter spoke good English and was really nice to us. We would recommend and would go again.

Came here two days in a roll for breakfast, the chocolate brioche is absolutely delicious, filled with chocolate and custard, so much that I made a mess all over my shirt in two seperate days... Ill miss this place.

Fragrant croissants, but small. 1 euro extra per person just to seat you at the table, and they don't do the service. Geniuses!

I ordered the pistachio canoli and it was really good. It was very sweet and the texture was great. All the other pastries in the display case looked really good too, but I was too full from lunch to have any. The lady working at the counter was very sweet and even gave me a student discount. I ate it while I was locked out of my hotel and lowkey it made the situation much better. I was gonna take a picture to put in the review, but I forgot /:

30/03/2026: As a frequent traveller I rarely eat in a restaurant in a hotel but I am glad I made an exception for opera 23. We had the steak tartare and florentine steak and both were faultless. The florentine steak would be in the top 5 steaks I have ever enjoyed across various countries where beef is the pride and joy including Chile, Argentina and Australia. To top everything off the service was first class, personal and friendly, we felt like we were at home. Fantastic.
05/03/2026: The food is good, but I ordered garlic pasta and they served me tomato pasta, I didn’t taste garlic at all. It was good but I wanted to taste the garlic. The waiter is very very nice, kind and professional!
