Avevamo organizzato un pranzo dopo una gara di nuoto.Nonostante il numero elevato di persone abbiamo trovato tutto preparato,tavolini riservati per noi.Il cibo fresco ottimo.Qualita' eccellente.Cosa dire.Tutto perfetto.A presto

Very nice place, although strangely empty. Overall good food and presented in a very particular way. The only sore point: the risotto and guinea fowl were really too salty.

Impeccable location. Prices definitely too high (but absolutely in line with those in the area). Non-innovative starter (cold cuts and bruschetta even if presented with high-sounding names) and sliced veal not very tender.
For a complete à la carte lunch, €100 is not enough. With 65 the tasting menu.

We took takeaway lunch for our New Year's Eve dinner. One from the sea and the other from land. Delivered in a well packaged box and provided with explanations from the chef on how to season, heat and add sauces. We enjoyed it as much as we could, it was a lot, we'll complete it tomorrow. Congratulations well done!

Very pleasant evening with friends, even though incredibly the place was almost empty. Refined and elegant Christmas table setting, welcome entree with flutes of bubbles. All the dishes tasted were superlative in flavour, taste and presentation: risotto with wood pigeon, pinches stuffed with cinta meat, potato buttons, cream soups....and then the second courses, excellent both those based on fish and those of meat, guinea fowl first and foremost. To conclude, beautiful and delicious desserts (one above all the dark chocolate sphere, but what about the ricotta mousse with truffle...).
Wines, bitters, coffee. I count 65 euros each but really well spent. We will be back

Took a chance on this funky little restaurant for lunch as we were on a day trip in Cortona. Liked interesting decor and design, kind of takes you back to the old classic days. The food and plating is pretty much excellent. Chef Maximiliano who apparently is from Rome really is doing an outstanding job.
Loved the tasty bison tartar, superb foie gras, lovely pumpkin veloute, very nice amberjack tortello and pizzicotti pasta, absolutely superb pistachio crusted lamb and pretty decent grouper. The venison starter did not resonate with us. This place is a must when in town.

Something else and a pleasant surprise. Good selection of wines. Creative dishes. We had the Huntsman menu, it was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful evening.
