The food prepared with care and passion, with excellent quality ingredients and a delicious and digestible dough. Last but not least, the professionalism and friendliness of all the guys who work there. I highly recommend it!

30/12/2024: Bellissimo locale, importante, in un paesino nelle vicinanze di Arezzo, e quindi il parcheggio semplicissimo a pochi metri dall'ingresso. Forse è solo un vizio ma dover impazzire con il traffico o perdere tempo nel trovare un parcheggio è una cosa che mi fa iniziare male una serata, e questa volevo semplicemente che fosse perfetta. Sala principale, dove c'era il nostro tavolo, stupenda, con una vetrata che affaccia sull'Arno di una bellezza unica. Per il resto parliamo di una stella quindi tutto impeccabile. Scelta dei piatti fondamentalmente non ampia e di base solo menù degustazione, due fissi e uno scegliendo i piatti, ma con la particolarità di poter fare menù diversi sullo stesso tavolo e quindi scelti entrambi e abbinamento vini. Come detto, lascio qualche foto a testimoniare, tutto perfetto. Benvenuto simpatico e particolare, pani ottimi come il burro e il lardo in accompagnamento. Piatti originali, mai banali e mai eccessivi, gusti semplici ed eleganti. Poi ognuno sceglie quello che lo fa innamorare e qui non ho dubbi sui primi, fantastici. Una piccola nota o direi invito, rivolto non a questo locale in particolare, ma generico per chi ha raggiunto l'importante e sudato traguardo della stella, regalate al cliente la "goduria" di un pò di primo in più, anche solo trenta grammi di pasta in più. Realizzate piatti che sono capolavori del gusto e della vista una forchettata, un cucchiaio e........finito! La zucca, ricotta di pecora agrumi e alloro strepitosa, due cucchiai piatto vuoto, le linguine crostacei crudi e cotti............emozionanti..........due forchettate...............ammetto di amare il cibo e mangiare, ma quei trenta grammi regalerebbero quell'appagamento che credo il cliente merita. Abbinamento vini ottimo, spaziando tra Italia, Francia e Toscana, nessuna deriva "naturalistica" ma sostanza, qualità ed originalità, quindi bravo il Sommelier. Costo importante, in perfetta linea con i locali stellati che credo orami seguano delle fasce, quindi menù, abbinamento e qualche piccolo extra si viaggia sui circa 200€ a persona. Bravi e spero di tornare.

31/03/2025: Excellent restaurant a few kilometers from Arezzo and on the Vecchia Senese road. Large internal parking. Large and crowded places, I would recommend booking. Wide choice of pizzas, typical Tuscan specialties and grilled meats. I recommend the selection of excellent meats. Friendly staff and fast service

24/09/2024: I was in this establishment for the first time: beautiful place, with attention to the smallest details. Customers are looked after with attention, Donna Luisa's cuisine is exquisite. Nothing to say just compliments for the way you work

26/01/2025: I had lunch on a trip up north. Very convenient due to its location close to the motorway, it is less than a kilometer from the exit. The pappardelle perhaps a little dry, but the meat, I think it's been years since I ate such tasty meat. Slightly high costs, but not too much. First courses around 15 euros and meat at 20 euros and up. Lovely place, punctual service and very friendly staff. The only thing is to pay attention to the times. Things are fresh so if you arrive after 1pm you risk not finding products, but what's left is still delicious.

23/01/2025: We stopped for lunch, during a business trip, 2km from the Monte San Savino exit on the A1, excellent food, fair prices, very quick service and cuisine. Recommended for anyone who is in these parts.

22/01/2025: Possibilità di mangiare in situ oppure prendersi la pizza da asporto. Ottime le pizze tonde ma la teglia è qualcosa di unico, la migliore mai mangiata, buona anche fredda il giorno dopo. Il personale carino e disponibile, si vede che Lorenzo, il proprietario, applica tanta passione a quello che fa. Mi è capitato anche di provare i buns e le schiacciate a pranzo, buonissime. Il migliore in valdarno.

19/02/2025: Slow aperitif with an unprecedented view of the hills behind Poppi. There isn't a large menu but what there is is delicious. Difficult parking but I recommend the one in the square below.

03/04/2025: Great pastry shop with really good products and honest prices. Very well known in the area but also in the city since several colleagues have ordered stuff from them for birthday parties. Nice spacious bar with seats outside too. They were very kind to let me work with my laptop at the table while I had my car at the mechanic nearby. Highly recommended.
