11/11/2025: Excellent goat cheese, honey, and truffle The Florentine steak was amazing!! Friendly and elegant service! We'll be back!

11/11/2025: We made a reservation through The Fork, which gave us a discount. Reservations are essential. Overall, I'd rate our meal a 3.5 out of 5. We tried the Onion Soup, Fried Artichoke, Tenderloin, Duck Breast, Tiramisu, and Desert Wine. The tenderloin was cooked well, but the quality of the meat was a bit low. The duck breast was undercooked; if we go back, we'll try something else. The desserts, wine, and fried artichoke were all excellent. The staff were attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean.

09/11/2025: World-class is an understatement. I've read the negative reviews and I don't understand how people accustomed to eating fried locusts can understand a niche food like lampredotto. There's no need to cast pearls before swine. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because it's close to the station, and everything passes near stations, but they're really kind. For the lady: stay calm and keep it up. Anyone complaining about the price should go see the MC prices; they deserve to eat there. Unique things aren't for everyone.

29/10/2025: Really good sandwich - 5/5. Neeed something quick on way to station and in truth had intended to go to one of the more famous places. I did not have time and saw this - and am really glad I did! Really juicy porchetta with a soft roll - trick is to leave it a few minutes before eating so that the roll soaks up the fat. It is salty - which I like - but if that’s not your thing then maybe speak to him to mitigate. All I. All - excellent!

28/09/2025: One of the tastiest pizzas we've ever had. The dough was perfect: the crust was very doughy, and the base was just right – a superb Neapolitan pizza! We ordered one Fantasia (we finally found a pizza with burrata on top) and one Capricciosa. The staff was super friendly and spoke English. We highly recommend this restaurant.

06/10/2025: Unique pizza restaurant in Lucca. Experts at fried appetizers, the battered zucchini flowers were the best I have ever had, perfectly crispy and nice and salty. The mozarella cheese balls were also light and crispy. I wanted to go back and just order 4 plates of the zucchini flowers! Interesting choice of drinks, my campari spritz was very strong, but I enjoyed it. I regretted my pizza choice though, a porchini mushroom one. It made the pizza soggy and the toppings fell off. The dough was upgraded to a charcoal one which looked impressive, I'd just recommend keeping the pizza itself simple / dry. The crust was perfect.

12/10/2025: A surprise! Sicilian style: passionate and authentic. Excellent pizza (soft crust that melts in your mouth). Fantastic tuna tataki, beautifully presented, creative, and flavorful. Superb cannoli. We'll be back.

26/10/2025: Recommended to me by a neighbor at another restaurant, it is confirmed to be the best caciucco I've had in Livorno. The surprise is the garlic-scraped croutons not next to the plate but underneath all the delicious fish and sauce. The cod is also excellent. The owner is friendly, the service good, and the price is overall reasonable.

04/11/2025: We were looking for a nice place to eat after the Empoli Half Marathon, and I found it by chance on Google. I have to say, it didn't disappoint and far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location, surrounded by vineyards, ample parking, lovely atmosphere, great food, excellent service. The restaurant was packed, with several family tables, and yet everything ran smoothly. I'll be back! 👏

08/10/2025: It was our first time at Donna Riccarda and we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the courtesy, and especially the food. The first courses were excellent, especially the Cinta Senese white ragù (exceptional!), and the Florentine steak was top-notch. The price was absolutely reasonable.

19/09/2025: We came to Cana on the recommendation of several friends who recommended the pizzeria Da Noi. The place is wonderful, but unfortunately, it's only open from May to October. We discovered this after a chat with the wonderful and very kind owner. The service is spectacular, with so much kindness and courtesy. The pizzas are HUGE and delicious, yet thin, making them easy to digest and not too heavy. The desserts are absolutely spectacular. It's just a shame it's out of the way for those coming from the city, but the half-hour drive is absolutely worth it. You won't be disappointed.

08/08/2025: The schiacciate at L’Esclusiva di Francesco are precious, delicious treats of taste, every bite an exaltation of flavors. The refined and gourmet combinations always exceed expectations, remarkable. We ordered 55 for a group and everyone was not only satisfied, but enthusiastic. Francesco's courtesy, availability, kindness and attention, then, complete the picture of a place, L’Esclusiva di Francesco, where you return again and again, without ever getting tired of it. Truly exceptional. Rightly “Esclusiva”… congratulations

05/08/2025: I arrived at closing time (9:30 PM), and even though he'd already put everything away, the guy served me anyway. The schiacciata was very good (I had a Fiesole, €6.50), crispy and made with quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. I'll be back!
