11/08/2025: The pizzas are always delicious, with excellent toppings and perfectly cooked, and you can always choose from four or five different doughs. The homemade desserts also live up to expectations, and there's a decent selection of excellent craft beers. Service is fast, even when the place is full. Overall, I highly recommend this place; go and enjoy!

The dough is thin, light, and incredibly digestible—perfect for those who love pizza without feeling heavy afterward. Very friendly staff, well-maintained location, various vegan and vegetarian options, and the option to create a meal with various prepared products. Gluten-free options are also available for desserts. In short, I found it by chance and was very satisfied.

27/05/2025: Historic, good, genuine. My favorite tripe shop. I've been going there for almost 30 years. It's where I ate my first lampredotti, when it was still in the square near the Circolo Vie Nuove. Every time it's like coming home: delicious sandwiches, true courtesy, sincere smiles. A piece of authentic Florence that stands the test of time. Top. Always.

24/08/2025: We stopped here instead of a service station, to avoid spending a lot and still get there quickly, so we could get back on the road quickly. However, the only thing that lived up to expectations was the price, which was very low. The food and atmosphere were mediocre, while the service was incredibly slow, wasting over an hour. Better to stop at a service station.

23/08/2025: *Edit* There it is! I remembered it well, the peach pizza! (The review below is from 2 years ago, and I still think about that peach & swordfish pizza.) We had a wonderful time last night. The service was incredibly friendly, the pizza was excellent and rich, with plenty of toppings, yet easy to digest. We didn't even feel thirsty. You guys are GREAT! Thank you! Very interesting dough, perfectly cooked, and a balance between soft and crispy. Top-quality ingredients, and you can taste it, you really can. I chose their marinara, which was excellent. My partner had a simple but perfect Margherita with real fiordilatte on top (I often order marinara because I hate the bad cheeses others use, but here they use real fiordilatte). The price was perfect, and it's a rare occurrence these days, so it deserves to be celebrated. It was a very hot evening, but we'll be back to learn more about the swordfish and peach, and also because I thought it read "fried." 👍 PS: The cecina was delicious, the best I've ever had! It's a little thicker, similar to the Livorno version, but balanced and excellent.

31/08/2025: A little on the pricey side, but a taste will tell you why. Very good pizza with choice of 3 different crusts. No reservations taken, and quite often a line. We got lucky because we had dinner early (by Italian Standards). Simple decor, by very nicely located across from the beach.

18/07/2025: The shrimp wontons are filled with real shrimp and eggs, which are fresh and chewy. The fried dumplings are also made with real ingredients, but the skin is not fried to be crispy, so they taste like steamed dumplings. The beef in the beef noodles is braised and stewed separately, and the radish slices used as a side dish are raw. The corn soup has a refreshing broth. It would be even better if there was vinegar, pepper or something like that on the table for seasoning!

06/09/2025: Absolutely perfect for celiacs. I had one of the best pizzas I've ever had, with a reasonable wait time. Perfect dough and truly delicious toppings. Friendly service and very clear menu explanations. Prices are absolutely reasonable (if not cheap, only €6 for a gluten-free buffalo mozzarella). Highly recommended, and congratulations again.

01/08/2025: La Rocca at Castelfalfi is a dream come true if you enjoy masterfully prepared dishes that are composed of locally sourced ingredients and combine flavor and texture in ways you can't imagine. Chef Davide De Simone and his crew really outdid themselves with incredible combinations. Every course of the tasting menu was exceptional and creative, but the escargots and the risotto just blew us away. As always, the people make the difference, in our case Mr Jacopo made us feel at home from the minute we stepped into the gorgeous dining room. His knowledge of the dishes, ingredients and preparation techniques was outstanding, but above all he was a kind person with a captivating smile - and outstanding Spanish skills :-) Thank.you for a wonderful evening, Valeria and Daniel

10/06/2025: I've eaten there several times. The service was average, and the food was delicious and 100% Moroccan. The problem is that the last time, the person who checked the bill overcharged me. It was as if I were a tourist. This is the last time I'll deal with them. I advise customers to be careful when paying.
