17/07/2025: Considering the price, we had quite high expectations. Amazingly, they were even exceeded! The hotel is small and immaculately kept. The room (Giannutri) isn't huge, but it's modern, comfortable, and has all the amenities. Special compliments to the cleaning ladies for their meticulous attention to detail. The beach is immaculately maintained, thanks to Fabio, a tireless, helpful, and extremely courteous lifeguard. The restaurant offers a varied menu and well-prepared dishes. A heartfelt thank you to the lady serving breakfast. Every morning, she pampers guests with kindness and courtesy. What can I say... we couldn't have spent our vacation any better.

19/04/2025: Italian style fast food. Very wide choice of combinations. The sandwich was tasty, the fries were fried to perfection but best of all, they are open late. At midnight, in Empoli, everything is closed. The fact that it was crowded with rowdy kids is a plus for me. It makes me happy to be among young people.

22/08/2025: The place was beautiful and I liked it, the food was small portions. Then I asked for grilled fish and only 2 small calamari arrived which were not grilled and were tough. There was no fish, only 2 prawns and 3 large scampi. Everything here was nothing but a side dish for €25, you decide. I wasn't crazy about the food.

09/08/2025: One of the waitresses was rude; the dishes were appreciated, although the portions weren't generous for an osteria. There's a limited choice of main courses, but all in all, given the restaurant's seaside location and the quality ingredients, it's a place worth trying.

24/05/2025: Very quaint little cafe where you can get coffee and a good sandwich for a great price. I went there almost every day when in Florence for my morning coffee. The service is always very kind as well ☺️

21/05/2025: Great local corner cafe for a quick coffee drink and light pastry. Had the iced coffee, caffe latte, and un cornetto. The iced coffee was the best iced coffee I have had in a while. The cornetto had a subtly sweet, lemon glaze on it which made it very tasty. Friendly staff and fast service. Limited pastry options, but excellent for a quick morning bite.

07/07/2025: Very pleasant this restaurant where you can have a good meal in a carefree atmosphere in a typical trattoria. All the staff are very kind and compliments to the girl who practically alone took care of the service always with a smile. Note of merit for also offering vegan dishes (I don't know if they are always on the menu or depended on the reservation), knowing to have this possibility allows you to enjoy meals in company satisfying all the diners. Really inviting and good the tarts of their production. Easy place to return with pleasure.

01/07/2025: L'esperienza alla Ripadoro è da dimenticare. Posto pretenzioso con prezzi da ristorante stellato, ma le stelle le abbiamo viste solo con il conto. I piatti erano poveri nelle porzioni e pure nel sapore. Due i sapori predominanti: il nulla cosmico e il retrogusto amaro di bruciato. Il servizio è stato inadeguato e quasi inesistente per non parlare della maleducazione del titolare: altezzoso, e pretenzioso ma privo di sostanza proprio come i piatti che propone.

23/08/2025: Artisan craftsmanship and meticulous selection of ingredients. Courtesy and professionalism. Excellent value for money. Definitely the best bakery in the area! 🔝💯🔝 It's so hard to choose the bread, so we opted for a selection: - the Gran Nero, a wonderful bread, packed with seeds, still good after a week; - its cousin, the Procorn, slightly lighter in color, which includes corn flour; - the pumpkin seed bread, which can also be eaten plain! - the Grandfather's/Farmer's bread - out of this world! The schiacciata all'uva is incredibly delicious - like all the products baked every day by Marco's magical hands 🥰 On Thursdays, they also offer slow-cooked legumes 🫘 - delicious 😋 If you haven't tried it yet, you absolutely must!

18/06/2025: Alimentari Gastronomia Bagni provided the catering services for our wedding in Pelago - and we could not have been happier with their service. Valerio was a joy to work with - he is kind, professional, responsive, and very passionate about Tuscan cuisine. Within minutes of us contacting his business, Valerio put together a phenomenal proposal for a three-course buffet, with a separate aperitivo buffet to match - and all of that at a uniquely attractive price point, which I am confident to say is unrivalled in the entire Florence region. Valerio also walked us through furniture rentals and went to visit the site of the wedding to coordinate with local staff. During the entire preparation period, not a single one of our wishes or requests were not fully addressed by the Bagnis. On the day itself, Valerio and his colleagues arrived on time and operated discreetly in the background to provide copious amounts of Aperol Spritz, plenty of wine, and some of the most delicious Tuscan food we have ever eaten. Our guests could not stop raving about the quality of the ingredients, and the masterful execution of the primi. On top of that, Valerio and his staff remained utterly cheerful even during stressful peak periods. We are very grateful indeed to Alimentari Bagni for their wonderful contribution to our wedding day, and would like to wholeheartedly recommend their catering services for any and all of your events.

17/08/2025: Excellent food, as Tuscan tradition demands. Everything is handmade: homemade and authentic. The prices are fair, because the quantities are generous and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The service is always friendly and attentive. The restaurant is intimate, and every window offers breathtaking views of the sea, the pine forest, and the vineyards surrounding Castagneto. The restaurant is highly regarded by both locals, like me, who know they'll eat well here, and by tourists who want to immerse themselves in Tuscan culinary tradition.

10/08/2025: Excellent. Homemade and truly delicious food. Don't be pretentious about the wine. It's all included in the €28 set menu. Abundant appetizer First course Second course Side dish Dessert Coffee or grappa. Excellent!! ...and the staff is very friendly and fast.

01/06/2025: Simply lovely, arrived without a booking while Nonna Tina seemed to have hosted a bday for a full family. No problems at all we were seated on the terrace and treated a full menu for a very fair price with very friendly service. Good food, people, wine and atmosphere

17/08/2025: Good food, but above all, very kind and helpful staff. Reasonable prices, casual yet very nice atmosphere. My only criticism...the menu is a bit limited for non-fish eaters, but it's still more than adequate. Congratulations!
