La Buona Novella In Firenze

It was a nice stay, but the least favorite of our 3 hotels we stayed at during our Italy honeymoon. You have to pay for the drinks in the mini fridge, and the restaurant is quite expensive. We wanted to eat on the rooftop after being told it was a must and when we went up there they said lunch was only downstairs lol. It was a nice stay but I wish we looked at more options. VERY close walk to the train station which was SO helpful.

The location in Florence is the best. The rooftop pool and night view are amazing, so you don't even need to go to Michelangelo Square haha. The view overlooking the square from the rooftop is also the best.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Minerva. The service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. They always had a smile on their faces and brought such a positive, sunny energy to every interaction. A special mention for how amazing they were with our 18-month-old daughter — they went above and beyond to help us and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and heartfelt kindness really made the difference. We felt truly welcomed and looked after throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a beautiful place, but an outstanding level of service.

It is close to the train station, and both the rooms and breakfast are excellent. If you are looking for accommodation in Florence, I highly recommend this place!

If the structure is magnificent, it's the staff that makes it unforgettable. Special praise goes to the restaurant team and the dining experience. The Minerva Hotel is a jewel of design and comfort. We'll definitely be back!

Hotel with a great location close to the main tourist attractions. Large rooms and good breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. You can arrive by car via the pedestrian walkway in front, and there is a paid parking lot affiliated with the hotel.

We spent two nights with them, and it was just great!
