05/11/2025: I'll start by saying that this review refers to a lunch during the Lucca Comics and Games, so there are all the mitigating factors involved. We ate pizza at an inside table. The place is nice and clean, and the pizza was good. That's why I'm giving it three stars, whereas the service would be zero. I won't dwell on the inattention and the timing (both of which were present) because I understand the nature of the day. However, if there's no silverware on the table and pizzas are brought that are already cut, but not very well, it's intolerable that when we asked for silverware for everyone, the waitress, in a huff, only brought a pair that we had to share, and handed them to us as if asking had been a bother. I'll start by saying that the silverware was taken from a full basket, so it's not due to a lack of clean dishes, but rather, in my opinion, a lack of desire to deliver things that will later have to be cleaned.

03/11/2025: More than a review, I'd describe it as a survival guide, and I'll start by saying that if you want to have a nice evening after a long, tiring day, it's best to go elsewhere before losing patience and other worries. It started badly because we were a small group of six when we arrived. Despite having made a reservation, we were told we still had to queue and wait to be seated, so what's the point of booking exactly? Perhaps they're trying to squeeze in more people than they can handle just to make a profit. After all, once someone has booked, where else can they go? They're forced to stay with you. The place was huge inside, so there was absolutely no need to make a few extra bucks at the expense of some unfortunate person. You could have paid the checkout anyway. We arrived an hour later than booked. The seats outside didn't even have heating (with the amount our group spent, I assure you, you can afford an electric patio heater), and some didn't even have light. We read the menu with our phone's flashlight. When we ordered, we were told that pizzas would take 40 minutes or more, so it would be better to order something from the kitchen. Well, guess what? The table next to us, who arrived several minutes later, also ordered pizzas, and they arrived before our dishes. At least I had ordered fries (frozen, as per the menu), which arrived after 30 minutes. A friend, again for appetizers, had chicken nuggets, which arrived 15 minutes after the fries (served without sauce, by the way). I'd be embarrassed to serve them; McDonald's Nuggets are better for the price. Another funny thing was that the waiters (obviously not their fault, poor things; in fact, they were kind and helpful) kept asking us as we passed by if we had ordered that dish, because obviously they're always adding tables outside the valley to figure out the numbers, poor things. An hour later than ordered, my pasta arrived, but it was still there, and it was the only pasta available. It didn't need all this attention, at least the sauce was good. After about 10 minutes, my friends' dishes began to arrive (obviously, they didn't arrive together, there's no such luxury here). By the time the last friend's dish arrived, the others had already finished. In short, as you can see from this review, there's a lot of care and attention given to the customer. So, decide carefully where to spend your money. I'm giving one star for the beautiful view of the church. A plus for the staff, who clearly have a good understanding of where they work. 06/09/2025: Everything was delicious, the pizza was superb! The service wasn't fast, but it was packed. They can't work miracles, but hiring an extra person can!

14/10/2025: Restaurant in Azzano, a hamlet of Seravezza. It's not the first time I've eaten there; this time, I was in the area for three days for work, sampling various specialties, all delicious.

17/10/2025: The food was quite expensive, the waitress forgot to bring a dish and a drink and unfortunately swapped them, the food was good except for a few flaws, but it was not bad

11/10/2025: I recommend the Pirate dish, which serves two people, fettuccine or other pasta with lobster and other seafood, and the signature bib is included to keep things clean! Other tasty dishes are also included, and the service is excellent.

20/09/2025: There were six of us, and we all had a wonderful time. This historic restaurant in Pietrasanta continues to combine tradition and innovation. The fish and meat dishes are excellent, and the service is friendly, courteous, and punctual. Interesting wine list.

05/08/2025: I think we were some of the first to play this course since it reopened after a long closure since Covid, the pro informed us that the course was bought and reopened recently, with plans for a full refurb, course clearly no where near its prime, but you can see the works begun to restore it. 360 views of mountains. Hope to play it again someday when it’s been brought back to its former glory, it’s a challenging course no doubt about it, a lot of elevated shots, some blind dog legs. Water, asks a lot of questions. If you are playing it soon just be aware it’s been left abandoned for 6 years and works just began on it, I think it’s priced to reflect that. When we first arrived we thought it was closed down from first appearances, but getting onto the course you could see 3 green keepers working hard. I’d say it’ll be in great shape next season. Best of luck to the team there really accommodating and friendly. Former European tour course for a reason, spectacular views of the Tuscan hills, fields of sunflowers and medieval towns makes it quiet a special course that deserves the tlc its getting.

27/04/2025: Al centro di Firenze, ma in un angolo lontano dalla folla ci accoglie con eleganza sobria, portate sapido e di qualità, servizio garbato. I panini sono eccezionali.

24/04/2025: Situato nella zona dei negozi di lusso, questo bar antico porta con sé la tradizione di servire dei panini favolosi al tartufo, oltre a dell’ottimo vino o Cocktail. Facendo parte di un tour della tradizione enogastronomica di Firenze, una tappa consiglio di farla anche se soltanto per gustarvi un bicchiere di vino nell’eleganza. Personale disponibile, simpatico e prezzi in media per la città elegante.
