Pizzas, Cecina and focaccias always excellent

A real delight! We ended up here by chance as the pizzeria where we usually serve ourselves had a queue going out the door. 1) The quality of the pasta is unrivaled, believe me. It's a pizza that speaks for itself. A lot of attention to detail and above all to the processing (maturation) of the pasta which, unlike the others, does not "rise" in your stomach. I'm ashamed to say that I ate almost 1 and a half of them and I didn't even taste it. The ingredients are well calibrated and all of excellent quality. 2) The staff, from the owner to the daughter who served us, were very courteous, friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming and familiar. I learned a lot about pizza among other things. Needless to say, after this discovery the old pizzeria is now a distant memory! Highly recommended!
