13/04/2025: Both the food and the service were perfect. We arrived without a reservation and they treated us wonderfully.

13/04/2025: They say they are open all day, till late evening. We modified our route to Siena to eat there, only to discover that the kitchen was closed (at 15.00). It was a big disappointment.

02/08/2025: A small restaurant surrounded by greenery, the outdoor area is truly charming. They serve traditional dishes, made with high-quality ingredients. The freshly baked cakes are delicious, especially the ricotta one! Fast service and reasonable prices, even if the portions aren't huge.

01/08/2025: We went twice in nine days. The first night, all Tuscan appetizers were excellent and plentiful. The second night, we added grilled chicken and grilled meat. The staff were very friendly and attentive to your needs. The atmosphere was typical of a trattoria, surrounded by greenery. Definitely worth a try.

03/09/2025: Truthfully, hands down the best Italian food we have ever had. There is no words to describe how hospitable the wait staff is and how tremendous the food is. Make sure you make a reservation it is in high demand. The owner is a gentleman and a service/experience oriented individual who pays attention to details.

05/09/2025: A fantastic hotel with first-class service. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Florence, and is easily accessible on foot. From the airport, the T2 tram takes 30 minutes to the hotel. All in all, a fantastic stay.

03/09/2025: This hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. We reserved a room for two, and it had a window facing the inner courtyard. The hotel staff were very professional. The doorman took my bags, but when I told him I could manage on my own, he gave me a look that I didn't appreciate. All I had was a small carry-on backpack, and I didn't need his help, but he seemed to be expecting a tip. The room was relatively small, but I was aware of what I was paying for. The bathroom had a vintage feel and was super clean, and they provided plenty of towels. Breakfast was included with my room, and in the evening, I enjoyed the view of the Cathedral while sipping on some excellent cocktails. Whether you're going on a holiday or a honeymoon, I highly recommend this place. Even the comments and looks from the doorman didn't spoil the experience.

01/06/2025: Attracted by the positive reviews, I book for dinner. I arrive on time! The quality of the food is decent but not exciting. The unacceptable thing, however, is the wait. You can't wait 45 minutes for a rare steak! I'm sorry but the service needs to improve a lot. To conclude, I go to the cashier to pay where a guy is sitting who, even seeing me wait, continues to consult his a**es on the PC, not caring about my presence! And I had to pay money useful for his business. And for this poor service, I certainly won't go back. Last gem, the baked potatoes... maybe the chef had taken them out half an hour earlier, they wouldn't have burned. Terrible.

28/07/2025: I don't rate the rooms because we didn't stay there. We went for a Sunday afternoon/evening. The setting is stunning, as are the views from the infinity pool. We went with little girls (5 and 9 years old) and they really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

29/06/2025: I went to eat ravioli with friends, but as a Romagnola, I was surprised... I was already looking forward to a nice 40-liter pot of broth with tortellini and instead we get these ravioli of very precious duck breast worth *200* bombs... what can I say, more than satisfied

20/08/2025: We made a reservation for lunch a few hours in advance (recommended given the limited seating). The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are very fair. The pici all'aglione and duck ragù were very good. Recommended!

25/05/2025: I arrived alone at La Taverna di Berardenga on a quiet Sunday afternoon, without a reservation. Despite this, the staff was immediately welcoming and kindly seated me at a table overlooking the greenery of the splendid Tuscan countryside – a real feast for the eyes. I recommend booking, especially on the busiest days. At the waiter’s suggestion, I ordered the duck in porchetta: very tender, tasty, truly fabulous. As a side dish, some simply exceptional fried porcini mushrooms – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, an explosion of flavor. An experience I hope to repeat soon. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through these parts. Authentic atmosphere, impeccable service and cuisine to remember!

29/06/2025: One of the best pizza by the slice I know, the strong point is the stuffed pizza but all the others are also excellent. The dry pastries are also good. Prices are normal. Service is up to par. Highly recommended.

18/07/2025: We stumbled upon Ponte Rosso while exploring the area and decided to dine there. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the charming Italian chef, who is also featured on the restaurant's posters. Once inside, we found an authentic restaurant with a friendly staff who spoke excellent English and gave us a warm welcome. We were invited to sit on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. The menu is diverse and full of delicious dishes. We chose the coccoli, salami pizza, quattro formaggi pizza, and spaghetti carbonara, which were all absolutely delicious. For dessert, we had the caramel and chocolate cheesecake, which was also excellent. The locally brewed specialty honey beer is also highly recommended! If you're looking for fresh, authentic, and delicious Italian dishes, you've definitely come to the right place.

02/09/2025: As expats we were looking for a place to get authentic Italian pizza. And their particular type „Salsiccia e Friarelli“ is in my opinion maybe the best pizza I was ever enlightened to eat. That’s why we baptised this restaurant just „The Pizza Temple“. Grazie.
