It's a circular restaurant that blends well into its mountain setting. It has a single, spacious interior with a beautiful central fireplace and a separate veranda surrounding it with additional tables. It's located a couple of kilometers from the town of Gallio and is one of the seven municipalities of the Asiago Plateau. There's a reasonable amount of parking nearby. At the entrance, it's specified that dogs are not allowed. They served delicious whole wheat bread. The vegetables were also very good. The pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, very thin, easy to digest, and truly delicious. The rooms are well-kept and well-decorated.

Excellent restaurant and pizzeria, and I must say that both do not disappoint and are definitely worth a visit. It's best to book and choose the outdoor seating with windows for greater peace and quiet. The first courses are delicious and plentiful, as are the other dishes. Everything is family-run, with the daughter in the kitchen and the mother at the tables, attentive and friendly. It's definitely worth it, all at reasonable prices.

We arrived at 2:30 PM, but they served us anyway. The staff was alert and very friendly. Excellent selection of dishes. Dogs are not allowed.

Good food, Nice atmosphere, Poor service. We ordered drinks, but they forgot to bring them. We ordered four grilled dishes, and they brought three. They offered limoncello, which never arrived.

Very characteristic rustic mountain atmosphere but recently renovated, excellent pizza and dishes, welcoming staff and service in line with the quality of the food, there is also an outdoor veranda, more than enough outdoor parking, weekends and holidays better to book, the bathrooms are clean... if passing through Gallio and looking for an excellent pizzeria and a nice atmosphere... Capanna Bianca is for you.

Family-run: places like this are hard to find these days, just as it's rare to find such a good, well-topped, thin pizza that stays tasty until the end. Really friendly service and truly excellent prices. Well done!

04/06/2026: We had the 5-course menu with wine tasting. It was delicious, the wine tasting was highly recommended, and you can tell a lot of heart went into everything. Absolutely recommended!
02/06/2026: We only had dinner, not the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful! The wines were excellent—all their own—and the ingredients were excellent. The only disappointment was the shepherd's platter (not up to par for the €15 portion, and also disproportionate to the sauces served). The crostini with chicken liver was one of the best I've ever had. The ribollita was sublime (but perhaps I'd serve it with a little less olive oil and let the diner add the oil since it's served at the table!). We also had the tagliata with wine reduction. The meat was excellent, and they were kind enough to split the portion in two, serving half well-done for me, who's pregnant, and the other rare, as it should be. The place is quiet, well-kept, and overall reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
