An excellent pastry shop led by a great pastry chef located outside the historic center. The cakes, mini pastries and puff pastries are excellent. The panettones are extraordinary.

Lots and lots of stuff.....when I entered the counter wasn't full...but what there was....really good. Pastries with cream, wholemeal and mini pastries... including the legendary Prato peaches... then I'll try the chocolate cake...

22/02/2024: Informal environment, the restaurant has evolved from the forty-year-old brewery pub. Cleanliness and good level of equipment at the table. Good food, prepared and accompanied by waiters who know how to do their job. Slightly narrow spaces and the absence of windows certainly do not make it a sought-after place in the spring-summer period.
