We were touring Lucca during the Christmas holidays, and while exploring the city center, we decided to have lunch at this street food joint specializing in pucce. They prepare a wide variety of delicacies that combine this Apulian specialty with a variety of cured meats, cheeses, and Tuscan delicacies. All washed down with an excellent beer (or soft drink) and chips. The place offers stool seating or small tables. It's located in the heart of the city center and is worth a visit.

Friendliness and courtesy are never a bad thing. It's not particularly cheap, but the quality of the products more than justifies the affordable prices, considering that a nice sandwich was enough for two of us to enjoy, replacing a lunch that would have weighed us down since we stopped here at 3:30 PM. Another positive note is that they're open all day on Saturdays, so they're a great, tasty, and lighter alternative. Thanks, see you soon.

Trattoria Baffardello da Rosolo

07/05/2026: Excellent little restaurant with parking that offers good value. The selection is limited, but the quality is very good at lunchtime. Friendly staff and a modern, clean atmosphere.
12/04/2026: The working lunch is an amazing deal for such high quality seafood. I actually prefer the lunch menu to the dinner one.
