29/09/2025: In my very humble opinion, after five years of coming to Giglio and Cantine Aperte, I confirm my preference for this restaurant. It's small, fortunately not suited to noisy, convivial tables. The attention to detail in the dishes and the quality of the ingredients are top-notch, starting with the olive oil. I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the sea and appreciates the restaurant's delicacy. Will I return to Giglio? Maybe, but I'll definitely book this restaurant!

18/09/2025: As a self-confessed stuffed potato lover, I couldn't miss this spot, nestled in the heart of one of my favorite neighborhoods in Florence. The atmosphere is chill, though it could be a little more lively, but the owner—who also serves as host—is friendly and sharp, and immediately puts you at ease. And then straight to the main event: potatoes. Plenty of choices, though a Fontina cheese on the menu would definitely be a good fit 🔥. The portions are generous: I went for the Cinta Senese sausage with stracchino cheese, which enveloped my palate like a warm hug. Perhaps the ingredients were a bit too solo, not 100% blended. I also tried the one with bacon and Gorgonzola, which is decidedly bolder, ideal for those who want a heavy, uncompromising flavor.

03/06/2025: I tried the raw Cinta Senese sausages, which they only serve on Fridays: exceptional. An interesting alternative to the classic restaurants. Highly recommended

We had two pizzas • Regina, with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and parmesan • Positano: half a calzone with cooked ham and mozzarella and half arugula and parmesan. So delicious! We also tried the cheesecake! What can I say? We devoured it in one bite. If you want quality and a good price, you're in the right place. You can feel the pizza chef's love and passion through his pizzas. The entire staff is incredibly kind and friendly, very helpful with customers. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back.

05/11/2025: Very well-maintained place. The food was good. Birthday lunch on Tuesday, so we agreed on a menu. The paccheri alla trabaccolara were delicious, as were the tortellini with melted parmesan. The Milanese and the dry, crispy fries... Generous portions. Fast service. Very welcoming place. To be tried again, with a few people and à la carte, but the overall rating is very positive.

The place is small, but there are benches and stools for dining in. The staff is very kind and friendly, which is something I really appreciate: being served with a smile. 10/10/2025: Fast, tasty, and each pizza is around 7-8 euros. I highly recommend it; we waited 6 minutes for three pizzas. Very nice place :-)

25/08/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Figline Valdarno, with high-quality pizzas. The service is friendly and fast. You can eat in or take away. The interior is stylish and modern. There are pizzas named after famous artists, made with delicious ingredients. My pizza quattro formaggi with salamino was delicious. Thank you so much!

Radu was extremely kind and made our night with his warmth—he found the time to chat with us while cooking, serving, and bartending as the rest of his staff was ill. A special dinner that felt very different from the typical tourist experience.
