Our favorite place. Pizzerias like this are becoming rarer and rarer. Giovanni is a true artist of pizza and leavened products. Together with Oksana and the rest of the staff, he manages to make this pizzeria a place where you truly feel like you're receiving service delivered with passion and attention. An experience you're more than happy to pay for. For us, it's the best in Pisa, hands down. (We've been to them all)

Superb, genuine traditional pizzeria with wood-fired oven. It gets busy, so I arrived at 7.30pm. I had the Regina Pizza. Well-made with lots of fresh ingredients. With a half-litre of white wine and a slice of colomba cake for dessert, I paid €30
