I'd never tried this type of pizza because it's not my favorite dough, and I have to say it confirmed my expectations. It's a rather heavy dough, both in terms of its texture and the generous amount of mozzarella. This isn't a criticism of the product itself, but it's a type of pizza that needs to be considered in context. Personally, I prefer a light round pizza to two slices of this. Overall, the experience was satisfying, and I appreciate the fact that it stays good both hot and cold the next day. I would have given it 4 stars overall, but I still find it unacceptable in 2026 to find jarred ingredients; pickled vegetables are truly unpleasant and ruin everything. I understand the convenience of opening a jar, but slicing vegetables with a mandolin saves time, even money, and offers a more worthy product. I therefore recommend a simple Margherita.
