18/10/2025: Super delicious pizza. Really nice people. It's not a proper restaurant, so don't expect one. But the pizza tastes better than in some upscale places. And at very reasonable prices.

11/10/2025: We got a Margherita to take away and ate it at the lookout point up by the castle. It was ready very quickly and very tasty.

18/10/2025: I had the best lasagna in the world at this restaurant! The flavors were incredible, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with love and quality ingredients. The place was warm and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

05/10/2025: A pleasant surprise! We found this place by chance today for lunch. For two, we spent €19 for a mixed bucket for two, a portion of coccoli, a portion of fried vegetables, two drinks, and sauces. I'd say the price was more than reasonable considering we ate so much! The chicken was amazing, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, piping hot even in the middle, cooked to perfection. The coccoli were delicious, the vegetables were not too salty. I really appreciated that they even provided gloves so you don't get your hands dirty. I'll definitely be back!

11/11/2025: A place that doesn't need this review. Its reputation has transcended national borders, entirely earned thanks to Paolo's cooking and Andrea's wine expertise. The two Gori brothers serve, promote, and celebrate authentic Tuscan cuisine in a setting that remains true to itself year after year, preserving an ancient charm and a unique warmth.

17/10/2025: It was really, really delicious. A bit pricey, but still perfectly reasonable. The service was super friendly. The pizza was amazing, and the celebratory papadelle with wild boar were truly delicious.

09/10/2025: We've been there several times now, at longer intervals. The food is consistently fantastic! Pizza, pasta, fish, and meat are all great. You should always reserve a table in advance. We'll definitely be back!

19/10/2025: The food is delicious, the prices are fair, and the service is truly excellent! The beef with Gorgonzola sauce is highly recommended; it's delicious.

19/09/2025: An excellent trattoria with a wide selection of cuts of meat on the menu; the Florentine steak is definitely worth a try. The atmosphere is well-organized and very pleasant, though not easy to find, but certainly better than other restaurants that are only good in name. The service is excellent, with well-trained staff who can recommend a good selection on the menu.

29/09/2025: This is one of the best restaurants in town! Amazing set up, lovely decor, over the moon tasty food, and great staff. I don't understand how this is not rated 5 stars! My only critic: the "pannocchia" special of the day must be included on the permanent menu, it was the best dish I ever tasted!!!!! Super recommended! Don't miss this restaurant!

18/09/2025: A truly unique setting right in the city center. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and very professional. The food is exquisite, refined South American cuisine impeccably presented. The cocktails are as good as the food! Kudos to everyone for their originality.

17/10/2025: Cute little place on the outskirts of Pisa. They managed to get us a table even though they had a party booked. The wild boar Ragu and ravioli with truffle oil was amazing. They even got us some milk for our hotel later. Just watch out for the ditch if walking back
