They serve good appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, but I personally think the pizza is excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant in the warmer months because of the nice, cool air outside; the inside area is a little less pleasant in the winter because it's a bit noisy.

Cute little place on the outskirts of Pisa. They managed to get us a table even though they had a party booked. The wild boar Ragu and ravioli with truffle oil was amazing. They even got us some milk for our hotel later. Just watch out for the ditch if walking back

Cigno Nero - Terraza Sul Lago

01/05/2026: The Black Swan theory is a philosophical and probabilistic concept based on the idea that what we've never seen is mistakenly considered impossible. This is what this restaurant is, an oasis surrounded by nature and many animals, from peacocks to ducks, goats to turtles, rabbits, and guinea pigs. It's run by kind people and serves simple, yet delicious and authentic dishes. It's excellent for events given its large spaces, yet it's still welcoming. A wonderful discovery to try and experience.
17/04/2026: Traditional restaurant. Warm welcome. Authentic cuisine, a delight for your taste buds. I highly recommend it if you're in the area. A magnificent setting. Catherine, the owner, takes excellent care of you. She's an extraordinary and caring person, full of kindness. Top-notch staff.
