I found the service world-class, and the food was excellent too. I know it's not extremely cheap, but it's worth it.

We've been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The owners are wonderful. The atmosphere we were greeted with encourages future visits. We were treated like good friends. The Aperol was excellent. The Sardinian beer was even better. The food was delicious and plentiful. Sending my warmest regards to the entire family and thanking them for the delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. I admire their knowledge of Polish.

Apparently a family business, family atmosphere, we had baked eggplant and Tagliatele con funghi, both dishes were great, the waitress was very nice and accommodating

If you are looking for a truly authentic dining experience in Pisa, you must visit Il Prosciuttaio. Everything about this place was absolutely perfect! The Service: The staff is amazing—incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly. They make you feel right at home. The Food: The pastas were cooked to absolute perfection, rich in flavor and genuinely traditional. The Desserts & Coffee: You cannot leave without trying their Tiramisu; it is heavenly. Pair it with a flawless Italian coffee to end your meal on a high note. Everything was authentic, delicious, and perfectly executed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! A must-visit!

This adorable little restaurant exceeded our expectations. Every single dish on the menu had a gluten free option and it was delicious! Owner was friendly and went above and beyond! Great, quick service and lovely atmosphere. 100% recommend ❤️
