11/08/2024: A real shame, after the change of management a real disappointment, overcooked rice, every dish drowned in oil without any well-defined flavour, to my great regret I strongly advise against it

21/07/2024: I came for the first time today, after trying various sushi in Palermo I can confirm that this place is one of the best, nice place and above all the fish is really fresh compared to other restaurants, the tuna is a nice dark color and not pale like the usual. Super recommended trust me!

15/07/2024: Schönes Lokal mit guter Küche, Preis / Leistung ist in Ordnung Lokal war beide mal sehr voll, Die Portionen bei Primi Piatti sehr unterschiedlich groß, die Gnocchi sehr wenig, Nudel und Couscous hat aber gepasst, Mixed Grillplatte auch nicht sehr groß. Pizza sehr gut

18/08/2024: Slump on the McFlurry and doesn't try to understand our complaint. Huge wait to get the order. I ordered a sandwich that they didn't have so I had to get another one with an extra box of nuggets from them. (It was very nice) Conclusion: disastrous service but good food (classic McDonald's) and quiet place Run away from McDonald's just for the service, it's unpleasant!!!

28/07/2024: Terrible place, rude staff, people without a minimum of health and hygiene experience, senseless waiting shifts, empty place to pick up an order, 30 minutes if it wouldn't be for work, not even if they pay me, I eat here, plus the crazy prices, perhaps higher than McDonald's, the people are really crazy to sit and eat here go if you really have to go to mc donald's or kfc already better than this place with 4 locations in palermo also mc donald's has much more sales and fresher food here there isn't a lot of customers and the food definitely it is very scarce and not fresh these do not throw anything from the sauces to the kebab 100% not recommended

15/08/2024: Personally I found the croissants very good which, even if they are frozen ones, are of excellent quality, and the coffee with an aroma of old flavours. The atmosphere is good and you can socialize with other customers.

06/08/2024: I used to frequent this bar every time I went to/from the airport but I won't be coming back again. Really rude staff. Last experience: we order croissants at the counter, one of which is empty. The empty one had jam in it so we bring it back (what if we had a severe allergy?). They tell us that they have nothing else and they don't even take it off our bill. Meanwhile we had sat outside at a set table (most of them were) and an employee rudely scolded us and told us to move to the unset tables "because the set ones were reserved for lunch". How were we supposed to know? Zero hospitality. We won't be back again.

11/07/2024: The venue itself looks good. The opposite is true when it comes to the quality of the products. The first problem was the quality of the diner both in terms of cooking and the raw material itself. The same can be said (at least of the cotta) of both the puff pastry and the pastry. Another problem was the cleanliness.
