I hadn't been here in a while. The carbonara was unforgettable, and the salmon farfalle were epic. I hadn't had such a good carbonara in ages, perfect in every way. The panelle and crocché were excellent, as per Palermo tradition. The place was clean and welcoming. The staff was very polite and helpful. The prices were as low as I remembered. Returned on 12/4/26, spectacular as always.
