20/05/2024: In occasione della comunione del nostro bambino abbiamo scelto questa location suggestiva, ammirando un tramonto mozzafiato con vista mare gustando allo stesso tempo un cibo a base di pesce FRESCO, con servizio e personale eccellente. 5 stelle purtroppo è il limite massimo ma ne aggiungerei... Ho ordinato gli scialatielli cacio e pepe chiedendo un consiglio al cameriere coi capelli grigi che non mi ha degnato di risposta pur avendoglielo chiesto 2 volte, mi dispiace ma non sapete trattare i clienti Se vuole mi presento di persona per parlare su come migliorare il vostro comportamento Attendo risposta

06/08/2024: The cutlet did not have a good flavour, the breading was burnt and fried in oil certainly used for fish, it was certainly not worth bringing to the table, nor paying €12. Very greasy fried fish with a dark colour. I give the pasta a pass but the too heavy flavour. Poor quality, overpriced.

01/08/2024: Pizza of very poor quality, greasy, cheapest ingredients. The pizza comes as a whole pie. You have to cut it yourself because the cook doesn't want to. Cutting is not easy because the dough is hard and using only cutlery it takes a lot of effort. Of course, service is included in the bill, i.e. 2E per person. The only positive thing about this pizzeria is the beer, which is nice and cold and served in frosted mugs. I do not recommend.

27/08/2024: Terrible service, rude waiters. When, due to a misunderstanding, we ask for information on the price we are told in an annoyed and opinionated way "It's the cover charge, if you want we'll remove it". That would, in fact, have been the case as they didn't even bring us bread and reminded us of it at the end of the meal.

13/08/2024: My visit to the McDonald’s in Palermo was a complete disaster. After we paid by card, they casually informed us that they were out of pistachio ice cream. To make matters worse, they refused to refund us, forcing us to pick another item because, apparently, that’s their “policy.” This feels like a blatant violation of consumer rights. The staff was utterly incompetent, with bad English, which only added to the frustration. We ended up with a chocolate ice cream, which was a joke. It didn’t even taste like chocolate. The amount of topping they put on was pathetic—if I had known, I would’ve asked for four times as much. They were ridiculously stingy. In short, the service sucked, the product was a joke, and the whole experience was just infuriating. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

12/08/2024: The food wasn't incredibly tasty, but it was pretty quick. The choice of meals is very very limited. I've never been to a McDonald's where the selection was so small. But the atmosphere is quite chic, you don't really feel like you're in a fast food restaurant. There is also security who patrols. All in all, a reasonably good stay. It served its purpose and you didn't leave with an empty stomach.

18/07/2024: Poor... The tuna seemed past its prime, poor service, we ordered but what we ordered didn't arrive, a lot of dishes were missing. We asked for gluten-free things they had very little! But then we left without food because almost nothing arrived. I strongly advise against it!!!

19/07/2024: Air-conditioned premises close to the port. We stopped for ice cream and coffee after returning from a cruise. Waiter very polite. Affordable prices. Cannoli available in various sizes, delicious! A large selection of Sicilian delicacies. Tasty ice cream - large portions. Pride! It's worth visiting!
