I don't usually leave comments but if it might help other people....
Food more than mediocre: Bolognese pasta without meat, squid from the day before, more desserts and a long coffee with instant coffee and barely hot tap water!!
To top it off, they don't take the credit card and of course don't announce it: they have to pay in cash.
Extremely disappointed.
04/05/2025: Very friendly in attracting customers and then serving us golden foods which do not conform to what we ordered, overcooked frozen fries. Undrinkable coffee

12/02/2025: I order the sushi at 10.10pm and they tell me that the time they prepare it is when they send it... After an hour I call back and they don't answer the phone well I just want to say if you don't know how to manage the orders and not warn the customer that you can't send anything it's better to let them know first because someone organizes differently anyway first time I order and it will certainly be the last and thank goodness I didn't do it with Just Eat and paid immediately
16/01/2025: It's surreal when you order a Box saying you are allergic to tuna and therefore these pieces have to be replaced by something else they ask you for 5 euros more because they have to put more salmon which is not a request that you want more salmon but precisely because you is allergic and must be given an alternative not obliged to pay then the rider arrives saying they are in front of the door yes He knocks on the intercom

30/01/2024: Conoscitore con esperienza più che decennale dei prodotti Roadhouse. Sempre il meglio. Esperienza del 28-01-24. Pranzo dominicale in famiglia. Abbiamo gustato delle ottime costine in promo. Portate servite da personale attento, gentile, educato e ben preparato. Dolci e caffè per terminare il pasto. Tutto perfetto. Peccato davvero solo che questo posticino appena scoperto in quel di Palermo abbia chiuso. Davvero ingiusto che in una città così grande ce ne stava soltanto uno. Speriamo riaprano.

17/02/2025: Prezzi imprecisi titolare scortese e poco garbato. Dopo aver pagato ( perché prima di consumare bisogna pagare altrimenti non ti servono) quello che si vuole consumare chiede la giunta extra dei prodotti che si è pagato e consumato. Sconsigliatissimo
28/09/2024: Stopped here for a pee break and lunch on our way to Palermo during our Globus bus tour of Southern Italy. Unfortunately there was another Globus tour ordering lunch when we arrived so things were a bit chaotic to say the least! Approximately 80 people yelling sandwich orders at the staff and lining up at the pastry counter. There was insufficient seating for everyone so we had to eat standing up. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious as were the pastries. I actually felt sorry for the staff!

09/04/2025: Très bon accueil. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et nous allions rebrousser chemin quand le patron nous a pris en main. Nous nous sommes laissés guider pour la commande et n’avons pas été déçus. La cuisine était raffinée avec des produits frais. La serveuse était aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes régalés. À recommander sans aucune hésitation.
06/03/2025: Eccellente esperienza gustativa in un ristorante con ottimo cibo, cucinato con sapienza ed esperienza.
La caponata dello chef è stata sublime per delicatezza, retrogusto e presentazione del piatto.
L'ombrina alla palermitana cucinata perfettamente rispettando canoni di qualità e stile.
La collaboratrice in sala perfetta.

25/08/2024: Agradable y ocupado, sabroso helado y personal amable. Vinimos aquí dos veces y dos veces cortés. Aunque no es mi palour de helado favorito en un radio de 3 millas. ¡Todavía fue genial! Realmente ocupado en ambas ocasiones, que siempre es una buena señal!
21/08/2024: La scelta iniziale era da ricondurre alle intolleranze di alcuni familiari al lattosio, ma in queste vacanze io ho potuto gustare anche i gelati "normali' e posso dire che erano eccellenti. Porzioni enormi, panna fresca, grande varietà di gusti (hanno anche il gelato Bao x i cani!), pulizia dei locali e cortesia del giovane personale, ne hanno fatto diventare una meta giornaliera.
P.S. A pochi metri ritengo dovuta una visita alla via D'Amelio.
