18/04/2025: Hi, I'm Mauro, I would like to report an experience I had some time ago at this pizzeria/poultry shop. I'll start by saying that my partner and I had been there months ago and after our positive experience, we will definitely return. My wife and I went to this place looking for the Greek 🍔 sandwich, because we recently bought a house nearby. We found the shop, in our opinion, well stocked and with truly competitive prices and promotions compared to all the shops in the area. Once we had chosen the products to eat, we went to the cash register to pay. A brunette girl with curly hair and glasses served us. She was very polite, which should not be underestimated because it is rare to find so much education today, especially in young people. In addition to being polite, she was very professional, a girl who knows how to do that job, and most likely has been doing it for years, providing us with useful and precise information. We were really happy and satisfied with the choice of products purchased and the service offered. Our review is positive and we will definitely purchase from you again. A cordial greeting.

04/05/2025: I am a regular customer, the quality of the products is indisputable, but for the umpteenth time I order an avo burger without avocado, we select "well cooked meat" the raw meat. A 2000 burger with the addition of salad "without salad" but even more seriously, a fungus inside, which as an allergic person I directly changed to avoid anaphylactic shock. We call zangaloro who wash their hands of it, advising us to call the Glovo service when the problem comes from the kitchen itself. Judging by the temperature of the sandwich, the driver was impeccable and very polite, but after this latest gaffe I think I will never order home delivery again. Assume your responsibilities. Disappointed

28/04/2025: I am a regular customer, the quality is unquestionable, but the service via the app and the home deliveries are terrible. Today, and this is not an isolated case, I placed an order at 8.50pm... it arrived after an hour and a half, ready for at least an hour if not more. And I live 2 km from the headquarters in Viale Venere.! I'll let you imagine the condition it arrived in. Among other things, I signed up for the prime subscription, but I don't think I will renew next month.. home delivery service managed very badly..

10/05/2025: Locale brutto, poco illuminato e poco curato a causa di lavori lasciati appositamente grezzi per non spendere soldi, ma la cosa ignobile è sia la musica che il volume della stessa che non permette neppure di conversare. Il cibo non l'ho neppure considerato perché lha fatto acidità in partenza.

11/05/2025: Dopo anni che vengo a mangiare in questo locale purtroppo devo dire che non è più come prima, specialmente a livello di servizio. Se gli antipasti e i primi restano sempre di buon livello, devo ammettere che i secondi hanno perso un po di qualità. Fermo restando che comunque il cibo resta di buona fattura , quello che non è tollerabile è la lentezza del servizio. Non si può ammettere che un pranzo duri dalle 13 alle 16, 45 minuti tra una portata e l’altra. Viene voglia di alzarsi ed andare via

17/05/2025: A small Japanese style restaurant that conquers you at the first bite. I ordered the tonkatsu, the absolute star: crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, served with fresh cabbage, rice and a homemade sauce that enhances every bite. A simple dish, but executed to perfection. If you are looking for authenticity and flavor, this is the right place, I will definitely be back!!🇯🇵

30/04/2025: Although it claims to be Korean style, it is difficult to say that it is Korean style by Korean standards... The owner doesn't seem to be Korean either, so I hope he doesn't refer to it as Korean-style chicken gangjeong. It's hard to say that the curry is particularly Asian-style curry. ㅠㅠ Maybe I had high expectations, but I was a bit disappointed.

19/06/2025: Everything was delicious, especially the sausage and broccoli rabe and the vegetable flute, then the service was top both at the counter and at the tables (Mr. Tony was very kind and speaks English). We were two adults, a 7-month-old baby and a little dog, all treated very well.

03/05/2025: Ormai è una certezza. A Cefalù non abbiamo bisogno di cercare altro. È da anni che il livello rimane alto, cibo di qualità e ottimi prodotti. Ottimo lo spaghetto alle vongole e la frittura mista. Prezzo nella media. Personale gentilissimo

25/04/2025: Colomba artigianale farcita al pistacchio... Dicono!... Almeno sul sito così viene descritta. Beh vi assicuro che è cara, secca, solo ricoperta di glassa al pistacchio e con un mini barattolino dentro la bellissima confezione (sulla confezione nulla da dire), ma potete notare il tutto dalla foto che allego, dove vedrete la differenza tra una colomba artigianale classica e la loro al pistacchio. Inoltre ho avuto problemi con la consegna/spedizione, mi aspettavo di ricevere aiuto, comprensivo e cortesia, ma purtroppo ho ricevuto solo pessime risposte. Mai più! Antonella

26/02/2025: This morning I went to get some croissants with pistachio cream, filled on the spot... but the gentleman who filled them practically dirtied the croissant, they weren't full of pistachio cream at all 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I paid for them as special croissants but they were practically empty

16/04/2025: We were a group of motorcyclists who crossed the whole of Sicily on dirt roads. Giacomino had to be closed at that time, but he didn't forget the rules of hospitality, feeding us all. I remember eating: mixed grill of meat, spinach, mushrooms and bread. I ate very well, as if I were at home. Genuine quality stuff... ✌🏻
