Ein ganz besonderes, abgeschiedenes Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein superschöner Gutshof mit tollen Studios, Resaturants, Swimming-Pool, ein Naturpfad, der mit vielen verschiedenen Kräutern bepflanzt war. Selbstversorger auf höchstem Niveau. Unheimlich freundliches Team, bestes Essen, und besondere Weine. Wenn man komplett abschalten möchte, ist das genau der richtige Ort. Dankeschön.

Staying at this charming Sicilian countryside retreat was an absolute delight. The old farmhouse, beautifully restored and transformed into a luxury retreat, provided the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The unbeatable sunsets and breathtaking landscape views made each evening unforgettable. The service was truly spectacular, and the staff made us feel like we were part of their family. And let's not forget the food – which tasted so fresh, flavorful and delicious, truly a culinary journey. We took a Sicilian cookery class and got to experience how much care, passion and love the chef puts into preparing the dishes. I highly recommend the aperitifs in the fields for spectacular, and truly epic sunset views! This place is a hidden gem, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

Had an amazing time at Susafa. It is off the beaten track, but well worth the effort, in fact that’s half the charm. Felt like an oasis of tranquility in the Sicilian countryside. Food was excellent and very fresh - every meal was lovely. I aim to come back, to visit again.

Das beste Hotel auf ganz Sizilien, wenn man an einem schönen ruhigen Ort mit Pool Urlaub machen will und das Hotel nicht verlassen möchte. Das war das erste mal in meinem Leben, dass ein Hotel so gut war, dass ich es gar nicht verlassen habe!

Susafa was well worth the hike. It's situated in the farmlands of central Sicily, so a-lot of hilly / twisty roads to get to. We spent 3-nights and were amazed by the property, staff, and food. It truly felt like we were being hosted. The owner was very present and interacts with the guests daily. I believe his family dates generations back to this property. All the food, wine, and drink selections blew us away. The pool is breath taking and since there are only so many rooms, nothing ever felt crowded. This is great stay if you're looking to relax and appreciate the local surroundings. There are a few small towns nearby that give you a true sense of the local life there. We loved nearby restaurant Terrazza Costantino, a tasting restaurant 30 minutes away that seats 3 tables a night. Super affordable.
