Top Roman cuisine! My favorite restaurant! I recommend the carbonara, the saltimbocca, the carpaccio and the grandmother's cake! 😋 for me it is the best Roman cuisine in Palermo

The pasta carbonara was divine!!!!

The restaurant is located in the center of Palermo, a few steps from Piazza Politeama. As soon as you enter you realize that the place is small and intimate. I've only had the chance to try one carbonara with truffle so far, but I can't wait to update the review with new dishes! The carbonara is creamy and done as it should be. The addition of truffles might seem out of place, yet it gives the flavor of the dish a complexity that goes beyond simple carbonara. In fact, the truffle gives that aroma that breaks the pecorino with the egg cream, and then binds to the flavor of the bacon, cooked to perfection. It's definitely not for all tastes (if you don't like truffles, avoid), but in my opinion it should be tried, it might surprise you. Prices are normal considering the quality, perhaps I would add another "two strands" of pasta to the portions (enough in themselves), but only out of greed and because you would like it to never end.

Domenica abbiamo pranzato in questo locale che già conoscevamo ma in cui non andavamo da tempo. Ci hanno fatto accomodare all'interno del gazebo, in un ambiente tranquillo, con pochi tavoli apparecchiati in modo semplice e riscaldato da stufe a soffitto. Il titolare è una persona davvero cordiale, parecchio attento alla cura del cliente, tant'è che di tanto in tanto veniva ad accertarsi che andasse tutto bene. Eh si, andava proprio tutto bene!!! Arrosticini buonissimi. Carbonara e gricia da leccarsi i baffi. Ottima preparazione dei piatti e perfetta cottura del guanciale. Terminiamo questo pranzetto con delle piacevoli chiacchiere col titolare che, carinamente, ci ha offerte il caffè ed un amaro. A distanza di anni, siete una conferma!

Locale in pieno centro, personale di sala gentile e simpatico, locale che necessità di di una rinfrescata e cura nei dettagli oltre che una maggiore pulizia dei servizi. La pasta era ben cotta e ben condita abbiamo ordinato una calcio e pepe preparata con il classico tonnarello Romano molto buona e una aglio e olio anche questa molto buona. Unica pecca il locale un po’ troppo alla buona ( un pannello pubblicitario copriva una simil porta in legno grezzo, intonaco invecchiato e usurato, bagno non in ordine e non molto pulito) . Si mangia bene e il personale è gentile con qualche piccolo accorgimento potrebbe elevare la sua qualità . Adeguato il conto

C’est une bonne adresse pour manger sur Palerme dans un quartier plutôt agréable, le personnel est très sympathique et les plats sont bon, de qualité et les prix correct.
